The Watch Directory Arvostelua

I recently bought a watch from this company and was delighted with the prompt and efficient service, the watch is stunning and came with all the papers and the original box - all as good as new. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Watch Directory.

Watch arrived much quicker than expected. Fantastic service and kept me fully updated all the way through the process. Up until now I have always brought my watches from an AD directly but never again. Well done - what a great company. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

From Start to finish a presure to do business with on all levels a 10 out of 10 from me with thanks and I will be using you again soon

Will defiantly use again.

Contacted The Watch Directory to search for a birthday gift for a friend. Wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for, did have a rough, slightly limited budget, so was therefore looking for some guidance and advice. The help I was given was absolutely fantastic - they offered a great selection of brands and styles and gave good guidance on which would be most suitable for the recipient of the present. They had infinite patience and knowledge and I will most definitely use them again. Might even have to spoil myself in order to do so!

I was sceptical about ordering an expensive item online. I needn't had worried. Jonathan kept me informed throughout the whole process. He was a joy to communicate with and my watch came a lot earlier than expected. Faultless and excellent customer service. I will be using again.

Great customer service, helpful, polite an got the watch to me before the expected delivery date!

I read all the glowing reviews on Trustpilot and decided to buy from The Watch Directory. I bought a Cartier Tank Solo for my wife. Ordered Sept 4, quoted 28 days delivery, but it arrived yesterday - Sept 14. Very friendly, knowledgeable people to deal with, and plenty of info on how the order is progressing. And a great price. I will use The Watch Directory for my next watch as soon as it becomes available.
All the other 5star reviews seem fully justified, judging by my experience.

Looking for a watch for hubby for our 10th Wedding Anniversary, found the one I liked, shopped around and came across the Watch Directory, the exact same watch I was looking for the Tissot was so much cheaper, I got excellent, polite service from Connor. He explained everything I needed to know. The Tissot is authentic and has all the correct papers with it too. Well and truly recommend. Heather

Bought my third watch from these guys, they've got good customer service and great prices. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking to get a new watch.

I was going to order from a site which had mixed reviews. Then I stumbled onto Jonathan and this site. 5 days from placing order to it being on my wrist. Outstanding service. Brilliant price. Not only would I, but I am recommending these to others.

Like some other comments on this forum I had never bought an item of such high value on the internet. The reviews on Trustpilot were so good I had no hesitation in placing the order.

We were looking for a specific Gucci Dive watch which was becoming hard to find. We found one at the Watch Directory . The service we received all way through the purchase was excellent . I was nervous about using Watch Directory as I was buying an expensive item online , however after reading the reviews I felt comfortable . The watch arrived earlier than expected and we are delighted with the watch .

Fast service. Great price. Thanks

Amazing value and the process was pretty simply.

I’ve been purchasing jewelry and watches from the same Jewler for decades and required an Omega for my daughters 18th, something a little special that she could keep for a long time; so was pleased to come across The Watch Directory. Following a scan of their site I was able to place an order with a deposit. A couple days later they confirmed that they were in receipt of the watch and took the balance of payment and instruction to get the item to me the next day. Impressed with the savings I pushed the boat out and went for the next model up which included diamonds on the face.

One very happy daughter and two happy parents.

Excellent service from start to finish. I ordered a Tissot for my wife which unknown to Watch Directory had been discontinued. I was phoned at home (in Australia) by Jonathan who offered me the current model at cost price. I was regularly emailed with updates on my order and given the details of the courier. The watch arrived in perfect condition. Oh yes and they adjusted the bracelet for no charge. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Went with The Watch Directory after reading the positive reviews on here and must agree with them. Communication was excellent and the watch I requested was sourced quickly and efficiently. Thanks again to Jonathan
