I didn't receive what I expected and so far I haven't received any answers when trying to return it and receive a refund. Emailing them or contacting client support is useless.

I was expecting a much better quality…disappointed
I was expecting a much better quality frame for what I spent. I was disappointed with the poor quality of wood and rather scratched plastic front. Not worth the nearly £70 I spent. Won’t be purchasing again.
