Ordered a men’s Stussy zip up hoodie. Zipper is cheap, keeps splitting when zipped up. Also, the inside of the hoodie isn’t soft like their other hoodies. Gave it as a Christmas present, so unable to return as I bought it in November when it was on sale

Jeg har ventet en måned nu, og stadig ingen varer. Og kan se at det er en forsendelse fra Kina. Så det er total fake firma. Ville ønske jeg havde set deres trustpilot noget før, så havde jeg aldrig bestilt derfra. Det lyder ikke til at de betaler ens penge retur, men jeg vil gøre hvad jeg kan.

Ho effettuato un acquisto il 20 novembre 2025 un piumino nero ed ancora devo riceverlo( 24/12/25) , ho inoltrato notevoli mail per conoscere i tempi di consegna ed alla prima sono stata risposta che purtroppo avevano ritardi ma alle successive non sono stata più calcolata . Quindi alla luce di tutto ciò ritengo di essere stata truffata e spero che questa mia recensione possa essere di aiuto .

Bought what was advertised as a genuine Stussy sweatshirt and was sent a fake cheap sweatshirt. No refund. Do not buy from this store. 😡

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered what I believed to be a genuine Stussy hoodie at a reduced price of £66 from £120 in the Black Friday sale from their very genuine looking website….what I received wasn’t even worth £6, very poor quality, cheap fabric and nothing like I’d expected. I wish I’d checked the reviews before ordering! I will email them but reading other reviews I’m not holding much hope of getting my money back! SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Horrible customer service.. No response to emails. Still waiting for them to fill out forms for my return and refund to be processed.. over a month

the wrong item was sent and they will not respond to any of my emails requesting returns info and wanting a refund. Appalling all round !

Don’t bother with this company. Took my money and won’t respond to any emails. Haven’t received anything from. £137 gone. Joke of a company stay away.

Very disappointing experience.
The quality of the clothing I received was extremely poor — nothing like what was shown on the website. The fabric feels cheap and the fit is completely off.

Customer service has been equally frustrating. They take days to reply, give vague answers, and offer no real help. They refused to issue a refund and also didn’t even agree to provide store credit, even though I followed all their return instructions and sent every photo they requested.

This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend this store.

I purchased a sweatshirt from your website theurbanmood.com for €61.95 (and it was discounted), excluding shipping costs, thinking I was buying a branded item based on the advertised items and brands. Today I received the item and it does not match the advertised product. It has a satin label with a non-existent brand, as if it were mass-produced in China. It has white lettering on the front, which does not correspond to the image of the item on the website. It doesn't even have an inside label with washing instructions. This is incredibly dishonest and untransparent, and expensive, for items of no value.

Urban Mood is legit one of the worst places to buy clothing. They claim to sell authentic designer items but give u cheap, fake-quality clothes. Then, when u want to return it and ask for a refund, they force u to pay international delivery fees, only not to pick it up and resend it back to u. 100% a scam, the website should get taken down.

Totally fake! I bought three items, and it took over two weeks to arrive. The quality is so poor. The delivery came from Dongguan, China, so I realized they are completely fake (That city is famous for making fake clothes)! I requested a refund, but it got rejected for no reason. So frustrating! Fk you shit!

I wanted to exchange due the size not fitting never got to exchange items. They e-mailed me to take photo like a week ago of items still haven’t responded to my e-mail
