Terrible customer service. Ordered on 6/9. Got shipping notification on 6/10 with tracking # with DHL.
As of 6/19, DHL never received the package. Emailed Upside twice. Never heard back. Only when I contacted my bank did they respond. Never ever will I order again or recommend.
