Underdays Arvostelua 98

Had an email to invite refer a friend offer, 20% off for my friend and a £10 reward for me, I have used the company before and very happy with the products and service. I duly followed the instructions, and forwarded the link on to a friend, unfortunately the link did not work, my friend contacted underdays to help resolve this, to no avail. I then contacted customer service for my friend, and had the same, what felt like a cut and pasted reply. I repeated instructions but that still did not work. I am still waiting for a reply from customer services , after 5 working days, their agreed response time is 3 working days. This is a real shame as they have lost two customers. And could have been such a better experience.

I truly believe these pants changed my life. With a job in the fitness industry I used to constantly carry spare underwear with me in case I got too sweaty or uncomfortable or I just didn’t wear any which always didn’t work long term. With Underdays I don’t have to worry about anything, the workout underwear are perfect for me and the fit is always perfect.

I really love the product here. However they use Evri delivery service which did not deliver my package, and when I asked for a new package to be sent out, there was much resistance in doing so. I also am now waiting for the new package, which I believe is lost as the website tracking shows it should be delivered a week ago, and no update. Customer service again has been reluctant to believe that Evri is an issue, and I'm quite annoyed with having to chase about my package, when it is wildly known how terrible Evri is. It's been a month and I still don't have my package and continue to have to chase customer service. This has been such a hassle and stressful for, and really had no apology (just told be be patient) or anything useful to help redeem the situation. It was a big order, so it's unacceptable to be out of the money with no products in my hand. I think brands need to be more accepting that Evri is not a great service, packages DO get lost, and the pressure should not be on customers to be patient.

I’ve been slowly building up my collection, swapping Underdays from other brands, they are super comfortable to wear on a daily basis but have noticed with the newer colours this year the sizing and feel has slightly changed. (Black/pink stitching and grey)

The absolute best underwear I've ever had. no discomfort or chafing, just cloudy-soft elegant everyday wear. Would love to see some more strong jewel tones, the current berry colour is amazing and rich, would love to see some deep forest greens/emeralds etc.

Lovely underwear and extremely comfortable to wear although have had some of my pairs around 6 months and some of the stitching is coming apart. The sizing can be a little off but fine if you size up. Very disappointing that the XL sizes often aren’t in stock and never seemed to get restocked for long it seems like they want to market to smaller people? The branding has also come off after only a few washes which doesn’t bother me but for the price I would expect a little more longevity. I would and do buy more when my size is actually in stock. Good quality on the whole but unsure as yet on the longevity.

The material is incredibly soft. It’s now the only brand I wear to avoid any irritation or sweating. Everything feels gentle on the body, and the fit is both comfortable and sexy. I love the design of the top, it’s super cute. However, the small size on the top feels a bit too tight on me, even though I have a very small chest. For reference, I wear a size small in the underwear and the fit there is perfect.

I love the fabric, my thong are extremely comfortable. What I love about the product is that is fits my pear shape bottom better than any other product.
One of the light colour pieces was stained by my period, I was so horrified. But to my surprise I was able to remove the stain very easily with cold water and soap.
Love them so much!

I am obsessed with Underdays - gradually building up to my underwear drawer on my containing their undies. Always great garments and great service - speedy delivery, lovely packaging. I’m a fan!

Really love Underdays. Their workout tops are so comfy and soft, they’re my favourite to work out in!

My wife loves these! She has tried a bunch of other brands, and she is so happy with Underdays. She loves the fabric, the fit, and the fact they are much more breathable than others helps. She also loves her tank! All around the best in her opinion, I have bought just about everything for her from Underdays.

Found the brand on Instagram and brought one as a try. Honestly, they are so soft and comfortable, it really does feel like I'm wearing second skin. The fabric doesn't shrink and lasts a lot longer than my other underwear. Since then I've brought 7 more pairs and haven't been disappointed. The colours are gorgeous. I'm waiting until my freelance gig goes permanent, and then I'll switch out my current underwear for Underdays.

I think I've spent close to £200 on here now. Very soft briefs and cheekys, no riding up the cheeks or roll down my muffin top. Would say only the tank top is slightly fitting so not ideal for those of us with long torsos and a bit of armpit roll. But the matching thong was shockingly good during disco barre and washed + dried in time for 1.5h of sweaty ashtanga the following morning. No "wedgy" at all. If I was made of money I'd buy all my undies from them. Alas...

Love the material of these underwear. The sizing can be a bit off especially for tops for girls a bit more generous on the bust. Would I purchase again? Probably. Would I recommend? Definitely, despite being a bit pricey. You can find good underwear for cheaper.

The only thong I like! Could never find a comfortable thong but the activewear thong is super comfortable, you don’t even notice you have it on. Have it in every colour now and looking to grow the collection!
