Poor taste to new formula
I’ve been using the Raw Turmeric Shots daily for almost 2 years and have loved the sparky taste and the sense of well-being I believe they give. Recently, however, the formula has changed and I find the new taste so insipid – and actually distasteful – that I cannot continue taking it. Very sad.

Helps with inflammation stiffness
I'm a postmenopausal woman in my mid 50s. I'm sure the turmeric shots which I've been taking for a couple of months are helping with my general inflammation and stiffness and I need all the help I can get! In addition their customer service is 10/10!

Support to Physical Activity in Later Line
I have taken a daily shot of Turmeric for many years, usually with ginger, taken shortly after I wake up on an empty stomach for maximum absorption. I am 79 and train regularly and cycle frequently. While I cannot prove scientifically that the Turmeric shots help with my physical activity, I am reasonably sure that they do and I certainly feel better when taking a daily shot.

The shots taste good and are easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Subscriptions mean you won’t run out. I had a problem with unreliability of delivery via Evri, so I now pay extra for delivery by Royal Mail. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

6 months of daily Turmeric shots
When I first started taking these shots on a daily basis, I really wasn't sure if they would make any difference.
However, during this time the pain from severe osteoarthritis and a prolapsed spine has lessened greatly, which is a relief in itself.
So , if you are in pain on a daily basis, give these a go . You never know until you give it a go .
