My order arrived on time. After reading the reviews here, I was initially sceptical about ordering from this website. However, I purchased the Pear 360, and seven days later it was delivered to my address in the Netherlands. A great experience at a great price.

Item never arrived. Seller kept making up excuses. Do not buy from here!

Waste of time. I was told the item would arrive weeks ago, still yet to be dispatched

Ordered 2 booster seats. The order never came through within the 10 working days advised so I chased it up. They said they were having issues with suppliers. Chased it again another week later and they said it would be sorted the next day. Following day cancelled my order without telling me. Refunded money to me which arrived a week later. Held the money for over a month and poor communication. Wouldn’t use again.

Awful company. Kept pretending my items were dispatched after 21 days since placing it. I asked for a refund which I am yet to receive. Please listen to the other reviews and avoid this company. It’s clearly a scam.

After 4 weeks waiting. I have had to cancel and go elsewhere. Disappointingly slow service. Strongly reccomend going elsewhere.

Do not buy and ship to US. I ordered in October and I am yet to receive my car seat in the US. Inspite of multiple follow-ups and assurances the product never arrived.

Been over a month and still waiting for the car seat. Chased up and told would be here over a week ago and nothing. Other reviews show the same, I should have read them before using this website. Do not buy from these people. Not sure if I'll even get a refund either.

Terrible experience - do not trust their delivery timelines. Waited over 4 weeks for a car seat that was meant to be delivered between "5-10 working days" and the resolution was to simply cancel my order.
