Quite easy product amazing and price…
Quite easy product, amazing food very tasty kids love air fried chicken and chips and price even better,I find out that glass air friers are actually making healthy food rather then those air fries made from iron chemicals.so I'm really satisfied

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
Trust pilot is all about TRUST. You cannot trust this Company at all and it is disappointing and disgusting that KLARNA are advertising and are displaying this company as one of their vendors. They took my order, accepted it and cancelled it all within 5 hours. They charged my credit card though and claimed that I have had a refund even after numerous emails stating facts and screenshots that show that I have not been refunded a penny. I am now in dispute with them. THIS COMPANY NEEDS CLOSING DOWN.
Just so you know. 22 DAYS LATER the charge is still there. NO REFUND, it’s in the hands of my credit card company. They can sort it.

We have reviewed the payment records relating to your order. Of the two transactions shown, one was an unsuccessful authorisation attempt and was not completed as a payment to us. The successfully processed payment was subsequently refunded to the original payment method.
We previously provided confirmation from our payment provider showing the refunded transaction. Once a refund has been submitted, the time taken for it to appear is controlled by the card issuer and can vary between banks.
We remain available to provide any transaction references or supporting information required by your card issuer to trace the refund.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and concern this situation has caused.

Website claims 8-10 days delivery…my delivery took 21 days.
I was also unaware that Tiny Lux were not a UK based company. My Ninja Foodi Flex air fryer was shipped to me from Germany with an ugly adaptor to convert the plug to a 3 pin uk type plug.
Phone calls to progress the delivery were either not answered or when they were answered I was told my order was waiting to be processed. WhatsApp enquiries were answered in much the same way. Other than the plug the product is as it should be, the price was great, but the poor communication & misleading delivery promises have not given me a good experience of this company.

Regarding the plug adapter, we completely understand your concern. We have already arranged to send you a proper UK plug adapter at no cost to you, so you can use the appliance more conveniently.
