First purchase with this dealer and transaction could not have gone any smoother. They took time through emails and texts to explain the exact sales and shipping procedure. The watch itself arrived in perfect condition. All papers, cards, extra bands, were all unopened and the watch fully stickered. The warranty card allowed me to confirm the serial no. and thus the authenticity of the watch. Would not hesitate to purchase again.

I was nervous buying but after researching the company, seeing them both their own website and verified with Chronos I decided to bite the bullet. I called a couple times to ask some basic questions and I was greeted promptly and got all my questions answered. Shipping was very quick and I felt more secure about it going to a FedEx office rather than directly to my home. The FedEx packaging was a bit concerning at first glance seemingly squished in a tiny box but it was appropriately wrapped in multiple boxes and additional bubble wrapper making it secure.
The product was informed to be unworn with papers. After inspecting, it does appear to be in beautiful shape with appropriate papers which secured my appraisal of it.
