Hi,
We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience. Your order was placed at 8pm on December 20th, after our final collections had already been made for the year. As noted on our website and delivery page, any orders placed after 3pm on December 20th would be processed in the new year due to our Christmas closure.
We always strive to communicate important information clearly to avoid any confusion, and we regret that this wasn’t seen at the time of ordering. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’d be happy to help.
