Duo Tank cleaner spilt all over package.
Received my Duo Tank cleaner with half a bottle in the package. Lid on bottle was half screwed on. What a mess in and on the package.

The website was easy to use
The website was easy to use, and the staff interaction was easy and friendly.
I was puzzled that you offer the toilet seal lubricant soray by email when it us now classes as flammable and not deliverable by email. However I was able to get a can of that spray at my local RV supplier, so no problem.

Happy Campers
We ordered a second cassette for our caravan and were impressed with the ordering process and prompt delivery. Hopefully having a spare cassette will give us more certainty in remote travel. The bonus toilet sachets were appreciated.

Tracking issue
Unable to log into tracking and had to ring to find out name of delivery company and after logging in found that parcel had supposedly been delivered. I then had to continually follow up non delivery of one parcel

Hold down accessories
The hold down accessories should have been part of original order. I thought that the absence of this part was that the P.P. somehow stayed put. I was wrong and had to spend a further $85 to lock it down.

Being unsure of what I was going to do…
Being unsure of what I was going to do as I broke my hip and live in a motorhome, I rang Tetford and the introduced me to the RV Seat riser for RV and caravans lifted my toilet height about 5 inches. Thank you Tetford and the service super fast.
