The Techbase Arvostelua 

I needed a new battery for my Huawei phone, Techbase had one and the price was good. I ordered the battery, and it arrived quickly, it was easy to fit and it was soon up and running. After a couple of days the battery didn't appear to be holding its charge, so I contacted them and explained what was happening. Sophie got straight back with a few suggestions, after carrying out the checks the problem still remained. Another email to Sophie, and no problem, a new battery was swiftly delivered, and the replacement seems much better. May thanks to Sophie for all her help in resolving the issue. Great customer service highly recommended.

The wrong product was delivered and it was not possible to communicate with the vendor for a refund

Its my first time buying from Techbase, the battery given was different from what I expected but still works on my phone BUT that is my own fault, I did not check the model number. The customer service was really good, they responded in a couple days in email and was helpful. Keep in mind the delivery will take at least 1 week depending on which delivery service you pick and if it was a weekday/weekend if you are buying one item like me High probability that I'll be buying again👍

Communication is not very good. I sent two emails and didn't receive any back. Maybe if I complained on X or FB I would get a better result. Delivery failed at first with no means of communicating with DPD either. The parcel eventually arrived when I was about to phone the bank to cancel the purchase. Also, the website leads us to believe we are getting original replacements which is not true. So bought from them to get originals and got Chinese merchandise more expensive than the same on Amazon. With this experience I am unlikely to purchase again.

Good service from Techbase - the replacement battery for my old Huwei phone arrived quickly as promised. However, once installed the battery is holding its charge worse than the original. Maybe the phone is getting to the end of it's life but i would have expected a new battery to last longer than the 7 year old one.

Bought an Ipad battery from them and paid £10 for delivery which is steep. I see from other comments I am not alone there but as a small business i sort of get it. Overall the battery was competitive when you compared against the all in costs elsewhere.

Battery arrived looking new but with a sticker that had been ripped off it before so I wasnt sure if it was new or used. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and installed it. Sadly the Ipad shut off randomly all the time with this battery in. Replaced the battery again and it now works.

I havent tried to return this as for £23 it will cost me more in admin than I will make back. on the fence as to if this was bad luck or bad QA. Hopefully this is a useful review for them to take feedback from. Faults can happen to all of us

I ordered a replacement phone battery, and paid for express delivery. it was delivered a day earlier than expected. Great service.

I received the items within reasonable time, no problem there.

Unfortunately, I could not use the parts as the phone itself had broken beyond repair by the time I got the parts.

Needed to contact company a few time to receive answer, but eventually, I could return the items and I was issued a refund.

Your delivery charge, apart from being very high, is only detailed at the very last click, and no alternative delivery options/costs given. I go out of my bay to purchase directly from British companies and endeavor to avoid likes of Amazon. Your delivery costs & options MUST be detailed upfront! Not to do so, may not be legal - will check.
Then to compound the problems, Received email from DHL of delivery within a 12 hour period, so stayed in all day, only to receive text late in the day to say it will now be the following day! NEVER AGAIN!! These type of disingenuous practices pushes people to the likes of Amazon. Shame! Poonam Sharma
