Thesupermanfast Arvostelua

SUPER TEAM! #TSMF

The guys at TSMF made what could have been an uncomfortable situation, comfortable?

It will remain an unforgettable experience, a journey into the understanding of food & self discovery that I recommend everyone should have…

The time out I have given my body has not only made me feel & look better externally but also internally.
Blessings!

I found this fast easier to manage than I expected. The group support was much appreciated and made it much better to accomplish.
It didn’t get 5 stars from me because, personally I did not get the” cleanse” feeling and was not able to open my bowels. The Alkovenom and Turmeric mix takes a bit of getting used to.

I did a supermanfast after speaking to friends who had done it before.

Long story short it was the best decision ive made, ive always struggled with weight and being generally always tired. This 13 day fast helped me in more ways than one, i lost 8kg and ive broken up bad habits i had before. No more caffeine in the morning, no more fizzy drinks, this was the kickstart i needed to start taking control of my body and mind. The one thing i can take from this journey is that food doesn’t control me, i’ve taken back control and now my relationship with food has completely changed.

Thank you to the superman team, especially Hawks i will always be grateful x

Being a part of the Superman fast completely exceeded my expectations. The resilience, support and constant communication from the team was very vital in me reaching the end. I did this fast as spiritual fast and not only did I feel lighter, more clear minded and closer to God, I also felt significantly healthier. I never had any weight issues going in to the fast, but I lost a notable amount much to my dismay. However, I am more toned and can see muscles in places I hadn’t seen since I was a sportswoman in university. The health benefits and lessons learnt will now become a lifestyle to ensure I keep getting better.

This is something definitely would do again. Everything I wanted to achieve was achieved and then some. Spiritually, mentally and physically, I am stronger and the lessons learnt are going to carry me through even after this fast.

I will definitely be back for the next one. Thank you for the amazing first time experience.

Amazing doing this 13 days super (wo)man fast. All the support and love from Hawk and the team. Thank you so much guys! I hope everyone can feel this life change experience. Healing our bodies is a great choice and easy with the #supermanfast

Always grateful 🙏

For me, this is a gift that keeps on giving.

I’ve just completed the superman fast and have found it to be a great tool for digging deep within and re centering myself.

The team at superman fast, Hawks, Loyan and Daniel are absolutely outstanding in their genuine enthusiasm care and support. I can not recommend them more highly. They are absolutely beautiful people with beautiful sprits that share graciously their love care and wisdom.

I came to the superman fast with a slow digestion and a lot of emotional baggage from an abusive childhood and subsequent consumption abuse to manage my emotions. The team provided new emotional letting go tools that I now use on a daily basis.

Further to this I lost 1 stone and four lbs and have refined my eating habits. So now eating less by paying more attention to my taste and body plus I am now drinking water as my core drink all day every day.

I have found that this has made significant changes to my thinking, feeling and subsequent actions to taking care of myself and those around me.

Beautiful people doing beautiful things. Thank you all and sending you good wishes and lots of love going forward. Daniel

Fantastic reset for mind & body!

The superman fast has been an amazing re-set for me, both physically & mentally. It’s changed my relationship with food and brought about a greater awareness of how to properly fuel my body.

Spiritually I’ve learned to listen to my body in a quite state and focus my free time (from not having to cook & prepare meals) on building that spiritual muscle.

Post fasting my BMI is now in the healthy range and I’m delighted about the weight I have shifted due to the fast.

I would highly recommend this fast for anyone that is able to do it.

The best thing I have done for myself in 2020.

I have just turned the age of 40 and I have never felt better, physically, mentally and spiritually then ever before.
The Superman Fast for me was the final link to catapult my health with a new appreciation for me, food and life.
Several things happened during and after completing this course.
1. I detoxified my body like I have never done since I have been born - it's seen some tough times and abuse.
2. I was able to re-create the habit of everyday exercise for my mental health and I now enjoy it.
3. I now understand my body because I took away everything apart from water and then slowly introducing the good stuff I now notice things instantly.
4. I have a much better health relationship with my wife who did the fast with me.
5. My kids now call me SuperDad

If this has come into your life then do it. I found Hawks such an inspirational guy and my group was so supportive.
The hardest part is letting go of what you think about not having enough energy and just go for it.

You will discover a new, truer authentic side to yourself and this happens fast.

Big thanks and love to all the team.

The Superman fast took me to a new level spiritually, I cleansed, detoxed my mind & body for the first time ever In 40years, I did this whilst breastfeeding my 17 month old. The team adapted the fast to my needs and monitored throughout. I have never felt so good mentally or physically, I also lost 14lbs Whilst on the journey, exercise was not my thing, I pushed myself to limits that I never knew I had, the team are amazing, and have become family. Hawks is a true Superman and very much with you all of the way, he genuinely cares about each and every individuals needs & will support you till the end. This experience changed mine and my family’s life as we continue to use the lifestyle changes we learnt during the fast. Thank you Hawks and your Superman fast team.

The Superman Fast is more than a fast it's a complete lifestyle change - for the better. I didn't know that doing it would change me and affect me far long after I completed it. Although I haven't fasted since then I have a Superman Fast mentality and actually I'm off for a run right now. This is the lasting legacy of participating in the fast it never leaves you - and you become fitter healthier and more conscious because of it.

Superman forever - Adrian

This is an amazing programme with great support from the team. I did lose weight but I also lost bad habits, my skin was radiant and my mind was so clear! I no longer crave "dirty" foods and I'm a lot fitter than before. It's worth trying once... it will change your life for the better!

The Superman fast. It’s life changing and it works. It literally saved me. The man behind the vision is incredible, courageous, supportive and relentless. The icing on the cake is that he actually genuinely cares. The superman team quickly feels like family and acts accordingly. You’ll reach heights you didn’t think was possible and this in turn will improve everything else in your life.
Hawks I salute you and thank you for the belief and support you have given to me. I’m on the right track now. Dropped stones in under 2 weeks.
The team. Wow. In one word. Family.
My advice. Don’t think about it. Just get in touch, get involved. Do better. It will change your life. 5 Stars isn’t enough 👌🏼💥🙏🏽👏🏼❤️

Having never fasted before I was super scared of what to expect, how I would cope, if I could stick to it, but I had no need to be. The support and encouragement from the team got me through. It's not easy! It is worth it! It gives you so much more than losing a few pounds. It's a reset, Mind, Body and Soul. If you are looking for a reconnection to self and life change then this for you. #FinishLikeAChampion

I found superman fast the most amazing experience of my life it has made me gain confidence I had very bad anxiety it’s limited that huge amount I would recommend this to everyone in the world my mind set has changed so much thank you to the team for all the support on my journey x

Doing the superman fast is one of the best achievements i have achieved so far and I'm still enjoying its reward. Keeping and staying fit & healthy (mentallyandphysically). Such a good experience & memory. 😁
I'd urge everyone to become a superman & superwoman 🦸‍♀️ today & finish like a champion. You can do it 💪

I heard about them through a friend. I thought it was going to be tough but after 3 days I wasn't feeling that hungry. And they support you everyday via Whatsapp, so fasting is not that hard.

The best thing is that I lost 2 stones after 7 days of fasting... Mental!!!!!! I am so happy. I am doing it again after Christmas :)
