Take your money and run. Company dissolved in September 2024 but still operating to take money. Had a call from them the other day saying my hosting always due. After paying for 3 websites and only two created ( horrendously) bullying tactics to get you to finalise payment before work complete.
Avoid like the plague.

Beware beware the company took all of my money and didn’t give me a thing. Do not do business with this company. They are not reputable and they can steal your money with no recourse.

BEWARE. They are catfish. Telling you what you want to hear They did not produced the app I hired them to build. They took my money and scammed me. They never intended to do the work. The address is a fake and they are not a business entity with the state of NJ. They are scammers. BEWARE

I don’t think I could be more disappointed in my experience. I had a very simple task for them to develop a product to use in a “validating the problem” phase. They focused way too much on the marketing/logo aspect even though I said that was not a priority due to me having a very limited sample size for my test phase. It’s clear they apply a cookie cutter method even if it doesn’t fit the lean startup methodology I was implementing. On top of that, when I gave feedback on the product they did end up developing, I never got a response. The product they developed was absolute garbage and I ended up developing it myself. I CANNOT emphasize enough that if you have the background/business knowledge, you should NEVER go with this company to develop a test product to confirm a problem hypothesis you have. There are solutions such as loveable.dev that are 1000% better than anything this absolute garbage third party could develop. This is the biggest lesson I learned while launching my startup and is one of the biggest pieces of advice I give to any other entrepreneur. In addition to that, the salesman that initially contacted me, reached back out, and when I told him about my experience, as expected, he gave absolutely no response. I could not be more disappointed in my experience with them.

They have completely disappeared and been non-responsive. If you are like me, as one of the victims who paid a lot of money but nothing in return, please contact me at 817691-2189. We can join forces to file a lawsuit.

Update: They finally contacted me after one month of disappearance. However, they disappeared again and still have not fulfilled their promise of refunding me my $3000 for not fulfilling the last contract they signed with me. They constantly have a lot of struggles in fulfilling their promises of delivering projects, testing links, and refunds.

THE SUITCH IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!! They promised to build out an app for my company and we signed a contract. They would constantly try to get me to pay everything up front, but I would always say I will pay a portion every few months once a certain stage of the project was complete. After a year and half of a finished product that was supposed to be completed in a year, they started to seriously lag in quality and progress on the app. Then as I decided to ask for a refund because there was no progress within 4-5 months. ALL THE SCAMS CAME OUT.

I found out they were in multuple legal disputes from many companies and they would purposely place their bank accounts in Afganistan so that all their assets could not be disputed so no refunds are allowed. If you are working with them, LEAVE ASAP. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU AND THEIR WORK QUALITY AND PROGRESS IS EXTREMELY POOR. Moby is very elusive and hard to reach once he takes your money and Robert is not to be trusted as he will not work on your app/product as soon as payment is made. Currently in legal disputes with them.

My experience with "The Suitch" has been nothing less than amazing so far. I had an idea for an app, I'm new to the world of digital business and entrepreneurship and I was very intimidated as I started to explore the possibilities. I really appreciated the conversations I had while looking for the right partner to help build my app and start this journey.

My account rep as well as my team of developers have been so patient with me, especially because 'life happens' and I've had to pause my project due to a series of family emergencies. The communication of the team, the ongoing suggestions, the advice, and the support have been the best and I'm so excited to continue with the process. I have a few plans in the pipeline... I look forward to continuing to work with the professionals at "the Suitch"!

The Suitch is a great company who know how to work with startups and are great in the app design and build space. They are agile and willing to adapt to help us get the best design for our concept. Our client success manager, Moby, always comes to the discussion with ideas and solutions. He's a true partner, not an order taker.

Where do I start?! That was my initial question when I was ready to develop my first app. I reached out to The Suitch, that was the last question I ever had to worry about.

I reached out with the idea of developing a platform that would help millions of Americans. I’m pleased to announce we are in the final stages of completion, and I cannot express enough gratitude to this company.

Despite having no prior experience in app development, The Suitch guided me every step of the way. Their team is organized, professional, and thorough, providing clear explanations and educating me on my available options. They also presented various financial routes and highlighted opportunities for growth and support beyond the app being completed.

Whether you're a first-time app developer or have prior experience, I highly recommend speaking with their team—you won't be disappointed. Im happy to say The Suitch and I are currently in the initial stages for development of our next project.

I believe every individual is special with particularly capacity. I think I can have an idea of project but I need someone to guide me .The switch team have the capacity and the professional career to guide people who have project to achieve like me . Their job is not just develop the website but they advice you for your marketing plan, propose you new ideas related to your project, guide you until the business start to run. They are flexible in term of price . Thank you guys. I recommend this team to you. 😊

Amazing company!! Very Dedicated and knowledgeable. Able to get app completed in timely manner and offer top notch marketing as well. Highly recommendable. Henry, Finn and the team always exceeded their best A++++++++

I was handled with great professionalism💯

We are still in the middle of development, but I am extremely satisfied with our progress. The team is responsive, professional, and comes up with new ideas I hadn't considered before. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.

Greay time working with suitch. All the team members are hard working one and they give their best to build a wonderful application to their clients. Their communication is very fast and reliable too. Im about to completing one of my applications from them soon

This company took my money and never completed their task. I kept receiving promises after promises. Also, if you paid via a bank with your debit card, please be careful. The vendor knows after a certain time period it is a challenge to receive a refund and banks like Morgan Chase Executive team and Claims department will not engages in poor business practices in these situations. I have attempted several times to resolve this issues with this vendor, either a different story or more broken promises. If you were not a victim, consider yourself lucky.

The Suitch is a one stop shop to get your website up and running. It is very much a collaborative process and takes some time to go back and forth. Ryan Smith was always available to answer my questions and overall I had a good experience

A job well done. We outsourced a custom software development job to TheSuitch.com. The process and project execution was flawless. They offered us a custom payment plan which was very convenient for us considering that it was third party project.

Our client was very satisfied with the end product and we're looking forward to a healthy long term business relationship with The Suitch.
