Scam website and fraudulent ads. Paid $1.00 for a chance to win a CBR, but got charged $29.99 a week later. When I called the blacked-out number on their website, some lady in an Indian call center answered and said I had signed up for a membership, which was not true. Moreover, she said all she could do was refund half my money. These scam artists are trained by the company, RestoMods Garage and StealthSociety — I told her she could either cancel me out and refund the full amount, or I can call the bank and do a CHARGEBACK. Her choice. She took the refund in full option. Reporting these scam artists to the California Attorney General’s office.
