The Solo Mining Co' Arvostelua

Amazing Products, Amazing Support, Amazing Knowledge, and Amazing Experience!! Duncan is a wealth of knowledge, great guy to talk with and absolutely stands behind his products sold. Purchased the Rebel Node Runner Package and had an issue connecting the Node to Bitcoin. Called Duncan in the UK (finding out that you need to use an exit code of 011 before his listed number to call UK from US ). Mr Duncan answered and I explained my issue and he went straight to work to resolve my issues. I can not speak highly enough of this man or his company. I will definitely be purchasing more items from The Solo Mining Co.

Excellent website and great option of miners and nodes to choose from. Massive shout out to Duncan with advice for myself as I’m new to mining. Very patient and sound honest advice. I have 2 miners and will be getting another 2 soon. Thanks for all your help and taking time to answer my questions.

Fast delivery, great service

Bought a Bit axe which is fantastic.. had some issues which were resolved very quickly and efficiently by Duncan, who really does reply to emails ridiculously quickly. Happy to say this is a top notch company with top notch customer service.

Got a bitaxe gamma and it is as described - unit looks solid and set up took 5 minutes ! Super fast deliverry thanks !

Fantastic support via WhatsApp for any issues and great products - wholeheartedly recommend!

Was very unsure about venturing into solo mining, but I am very glad I did. Bought a Gamma Ice Angel with the extra fan, all came ready to plug and play - really pleased with the service and hoping to expand into little swarm of bitaxes in the near future.

Great product well packaged and fast delivery will definitely buy from in the future

I recently purchased a NerdQAxe++ miner. I had a few questions before buying, and the seller was very prompt in responding. As I live in the UK, it was important for me to find a seller where I wouldn't be charged import fees.

Delivery was quick and efficient.

A great item. The miner is simple to set up and run. Looks cool too!

All good. 10 out of 10.

I ordered the Black Halo upgrade kit for my Bitaxe, and everything went perfectly.
The ordering process was smooth, shipping was quick, and the kit arrived well-packaged and exactly as described. The quality is excellent, and installation was straightforward.

Overall, a very positive experience — I’ll definitely order from The Solo Mining Co. again. Highly recommended!

Goede aankoop, goede begeleiding via de internetsite uitgebreide uitleg. Ik ben benieuwd.

My first venture into Solo BTC mining. Have to say The Solo Mining Co were really good from choosing, to payment to delivery and set up if needed. Very pleased with my Bitaxe Gamma. Will use them again for a future upgrade!

One of the smoothest purchases I've had for a long time. Super quick delivery, even to Northern Ireland (where things sometimes get held up for whatever reasons...)
The Gamma (Ice Angel) looks class, well built, simple set up and is mining quite happily, hitting numbers that exceed the avg benchmarks.

Very happy, thank you :)

Excellent service.
Ordered a Bitaxe Black Ice which has arrived on time and is even better than shown on their site including the addition of a rear fan.
Nice quiet unit and appers solid.
My first order but not my last.

Excellent service, received from overseas and took less than a week to the pacific coast.

Super fast delivery. Packaged well, genuine Bitaxe product. Very happy.

Had a really helpful chat with no pressure to buy anything. And happy to support a shop with the best customer service I have seen.
