Great service from Nicole sorting out a problem with a post Peake light. Replcament sent.

I bought 4 sets of Lavenham Solar lights. They were delivered very quickly and look fabulous on my wall. Love the fact that you can take the main part of the lamp off and store it safely over winter. 7 of the eight worked perfectly but there was a problem with one. An email was sent and the speed with which the issue was resolved was great thanks to Nicole who did a great job. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend using this family run business. Thank you so much!

I had a slight issue with recently purchased solar spotlights when an integral part broke but I found the Solar Company so helpful. They replaced the part free of charge. I would like to thank Nicole in particular who sorted this out for me. I have purchased many items from this Company, all good quality and will continue to buy from them. They obviously attach great importance to customer care and they are a pleasure to deal with.

I would have gave more than five stars if I could. I have been dealing with this company for many years there solar lights are amazing quality. Like any company you sometimes have little faults happening in anything you buy. This company regarding any faults are sure to there word they deal with it quickly and hassle free. Nicole was dealing with a problem I had she dealt with it quickly and efficiently. Give this company a try you won’t be disappointed I just wished more company’s where like them.

Recently purchased a set of Juno micro lights and a Grantham XL up and down light. Both are excellent and happy with them.
Had a small problem with one of the batteries (not charging), but after a quick chat with Ella in customer services it was resolved. Thanks Ella.

Great products and service. Had a faulty product that was replaced as soon as I got in touch. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Delivery was very prompt and efficient . The solar light that I ordered included a USB cable, however this was not in the box. Also -minor point the Anthracite lamp info showed black fixings but included were chrome fixings.
I emailed customer services and Nicole promptly responded to apologise and resend the missing items.

I cant recommend the products and after sales service from this company highly enough. My husband spoke to Nicole in customer services this morning, after a visiting fox decided that the solar mushroom lights we'd bought, might be real food and promptly chewed up three of the mushroom tops! A quick live chat with Nicole so see if they sold spare parts separately, and problem solved, not only are we getting replacement caps but they are also free of charge! That's great customer service.

Purchased 5 lights in total over the last 6 months, the Grantham, and they look great! There was a slight issue with a new revision of the lights against the older ones we had, for the better, and Ella was a great help, all was resolved in the end. Great service

We had 2 faulty solar lights; Ella quickly processed replacements for us.

I have bought many of the Truro lights from Solar Centre,definitely recommend them, they're a lovely light. Spoke to Ella at customer services today and she resolved my problem immediately. Great company to deal with!

A fabulous first prompt delivery from Solar Centre to find two of the lights unable to absorb any sunshine / light.
Emailed the support to explain and have had first class service from ELLA, who has kindly sorted all this out and now have a new order on the way to me. Couldn’t have wished or asked for better support and service , thanks again Ella ☺️

We purchased two sets of solar strip lights for our garden. They were really bright at night and lasted all night long. On one set, only half the LED's illuminated and we thought perhaps we had damaged them. Asking the company if we could purchase just the strip, I was using their excellent chat and was surprised to speak to a real person (not a bot)
Ella was very professional and helped me explain the problem. I sent her a photo, and Ella said that the kit was under warranty and a new set is on its way to me now.

Nicole gave fantastic customer service, nothing was too much trouble, I would recommend this company, once Nicole had sorted my issue my lights look fab!!!!!

I have bought several garden solar lights from SolarCentre, they have all been superb quality and very high performance. The products are made of high-quality materials, and the actual solar units are top quality. The stay on for hours after dark, in fact in the present sunny weather they stay on all night and only switch of at sunrise.
Delivery is quick and reliable, and the units arrive well packed.
Great products, great company and competitive prices. I would happily give more than 5 stars if I could.

I have had several items over the last couple of months with no issues easy to order reasonably quick delivery, however last week one of my light developed a fault it was dealt with and replaced with no issues by Nicole, great customer care, recommended.

Bought a set of lights and one of those lights stopped working after a week. Spoke to Ella who simply asked for a photo of said light. Once satisfied she simply requested a replacement be sent out to me. Can’t argue with that. Very simple and easy process.

Have ordered several strings of Lumify garden warm white solar fairy lights (I ordered one set, then liked them so much I ordered a second set and then 2 more!). Goods arrive promptly and well-packaged and work very well (used to have plug-ins before but these are good alternatives).

The Solar Centre is very helpful … I asked about replacing 2 parts (I lost) and Nicole was really helpful, polite and courteous in helping me out with replacements.

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Solar Centre and will be using them again as I am now looking at solar pathway lights!
