The art is life and the Soft Minimal makes us all better for it
Let’s start with the easiest-the product. Art and creation are highly personal, as is the receipt and impact by those pieces. I now have 3 from the Soft Minimal and each one strikes deep and strikes with emotion. I do not know how they capture the essence when creating, but it feels like each piece was made for me personally. Arriving at the perfect moment in time.
Service and response— exemplary. Manuela and her team are there for each of us. I was surprised to hear back when I wrote the first time. I was amazed that they read what I wrote and Got!! What I was trying to say.
They are a team that we should support and be patrons for their creations. They give us our emotions, our thoughts, and our hopes in each piece

I have purchased from Thesoftminimal before. The quality, the attention to detail, the love they put into every piece is truly exquisite. Words are not adequate to describe the feelings I experience when I open my carefully wrapped treasure. It is truly magical. The team, the customer service, the gratitude and respect they provide to me for every purchase I have made is like no other. They are artists and they are simply the very best!

This company is a scam
This company is a scam! We ordered. Never got the item. They did nothing over 6 months besides claim it was delivered. Never was delivered. Even the FedEx tracking shows it was signed by someone that is not even employed by us. When we advised them that FedEx never delivered it to us, they did nothing. After several month the owner said sorry. We aren’t going to do anything. When we said we will charge back and show the bank all the emails showing us reaching out over and over, he comes back saying we will sue you for defamation. Sorry but you can’t sue someone over the truth! They took our money and scammed us! Do not buy from them. They even send out emails begging for a 5 star review cause they claim someone’s copying there designs.

I am stepping in to formally address your review and provide complete transparency regarding the factual timeline of your second order with our studio.
We deeply value our collectors and always strive to resolve issues, which is why we must clarify the reality of this situation. According to our records and the official FedEx tracking logs, your package was successfully delivered on May 16. However, you did not contact our studio to report the item as missing until August—more than two and a half months after the confirmed delivery date.
Because of this timeline, we explained that we could not process a replacement or a refund for the following reasons:
Our 14-Day Policy: As clearly outlined in our store policies, we require customers to notify us of any delivery issues, missing packages, or warranty claims within the first 14 days of delivery. Reaching out over two months later completely removes our ability to open a formal investigation with the courier to locate the package or verify the signature.
Finally, I must address your false claims regarding our review process. We absolutely never ask or "beg" anyone for a 5-star rating. In all of our communications, we simply ask our customers to share their honest feedback about their experience.
It is true that our independent studio is currently fighting a difficult battle against counterfeiters who are copying our original designs. Because of this, the truthful words of genuine art lovers are vital to us. We have always believed that those who appreciate art are inherently kind and value authenticity, which is exactly why we welcome completely honest reviews from our community.
We always strive to go above and beyond for our customers, but we must also strictly adhere to our logistical policies when months have passed without notice.

Excellent experiece
I am please to let everyone know that I ordered and received AeroCherubs with a Red Balloon. It arrive with damage to the hand. I emailed The Soft Minimalist support and the service commitment was immediately recognized.
Asha and Manuela told me, I didn’t need to do anything, that a replacement order was being promptly shipped. They told me I didn’t need to send the damaged piece back or do anything on my end. They even offered to send me an additional piece, free of charge.
While it is unrealistic for everything to always go perfectly, when something does go wrong, it is all about the service recovery and Asha and Manuela could not have handled this any better.
I love the piece and as a “self proclaimed” service expert, I can say that customer service and customer satisfaction, I experienced with The Soft Minimal, was impressive.

I am always searching for interesting…
I am always searching for interesting art pièces and The Soft Minimal appeared on my Instagram . I was drawn to the simplicity and purity of the artist’s work and I could see the meaning behind her pieces … at least her work spoke to me .
Her Cherub piece said “grand daughter Alma “ immediately because i always saw her smile and glistening eyes when she would see a balloon and would beg to have one . While we walked together , her eyes would glance upward as if to réassure her that the balloon was there !
The Ascend piece meant happiness to me and has that freedom of spirit that embodies my way of living . And lastly to be gifted the Disarm pièce was such a symbolic sculpture in honor of my parents who survived the périls of WWll in the Philippines and were grateful to live in peace to the end of their lives .
All pièces we’re wonderfully wrapped and protected , communication with customer service was so wonderful, and the artist herself took time to reach out to make sure I was satisfied with her work .
An absolute pleasure to have worked with this company ! Thank you to Manuela the artist and her wonderful staff .

Never received an email about resolving this issue! Again this company doesn’t stand behind its claims or they make that you are the one that choice the options so it can’t be returned without spending a lot of money to send it back overseas!

After receiving your image, I immediately had our IT and support team run a comprehensive search across our servers, spam folders, and archived filters. We found absolutely no record of this email in our database. It is highly likely that due to a temporary system congestion or a network sync error during that high-volume period, your message was unfortunately lost in transit and never reached our inbox. I am sincerely sorry for this technical mishap, as it explains why both of us were waiting on each other.
Because this purchase was delivered back in mid-May, the order has now far exceeded our standard return and warranty window, and we are unable to accept a physical return for a refund at this stage.

While our studio dedicates itself entirely to the crafting and meticulous packaging of our sculptures, we must rely on third-party courier networks to transport them across the world to your door. Even though the physical handling of the box is out of our hands once it leaves the studio, we fully acknowledge that ensuring its safe arrival remains entirely our responsibility.
We wrap and protect each sculpture with the utmost care, making it both heartbreaking and baffling that the courier managed to severely crush the box and detach the delicate elements of your CaffèInAria piece for a second time.

Masterpiece
I received the piece, The Echo, a few weeks ago and I almost cried. It is the most unique, exquisitely crafted form of workmanship ever. Exemplary Product and Customer Support
I contacted the Softmnimal in May to find out if order was purchased how long it would take to receive. This order was being placed as a gift to a friend and I wanted it to arrive during a particular time frame. Asha was the individual who contacted me initially and followed through every step of the way to insure delivery during the time frame I expected. There was a small glitch to due to no ones' fault in general and she made sure the glitch was corrected. I have never had any support from a business as I did with the Softminimal and Asha. As I didn't see the item, I can only say from the pictures provided by the person receiving this gift, it was excellent. If ever I need a special item for anyone I will look to the Softminimal to see if they have an appropriate gift. I recommend this business with no hesitation.

As you can see I gave Thesoftminimal only a four star rating only because my initial delivery was delivered to the wrong apartment number in my development. However, I had the pleasure of speaking with Asha who is a representative of the company. She was extremely helpful and understanding and made sure that the situation would be rectified. I received another coffee cup piece a week or so later. I was certain that I was out of luck but Asha assured me that she was going to make the situation right and she did. We purchased the boy with the red…
We purchased the boy with the red balloon and instantly fell in love with him. He just makes us smile. Such great craftsmanship that we looked at other pieces to buy. We purchased two other pieces of art and equally love those as well!! All three pieces are displayed proudly in our home and we have gotten compliments already.
