I purchase 2 bottles of Coffee Mate Creamer, when the bottle was opened upon delivery it was curled. I contacted the company, they apologized and said they would send a replacement for the 2 bottles at no extra cost. As of yet, I have not received anything and no further correspondence from the company although I have sent further emails asking for notification of dispatch of replacement item. I have not had any response

My item got sent back over a week ago company ignored my emails asking for a refund as I haven't received it should not take over a week to deal with a joke not happy it was a present as well

Ordering was easy,(good start) i chose the build a box so i could try multiple flavours to find my preference, bad idea! I love all of them they really do burst with flavour,and because they are small you can get an handful with no guilt! Already for a regular order. Thanks The snack house.

Short dated drinks of which I ordered quite a few and wouldn’t have if the website had stated they only had 1 month until expiry on them. I did email the snack house about this and got no reply ……

After my review the snack house got in contact with me having found my email in their spam account and apologising for the short dated bottles. They very kindly told me to keep them and sent me out 12 new bottles of the drink I had ordered with a longer date on free of charge and said not to worry about returning the others. They sent me a really lovely email. I just wanted to give credit where credit is due and say thank you

The delivery was fine just seemed to take a long time to deliver.

UPDATED after writing my review snack house emailed me to apologise and offered to send me a replacement box of sweets in the alternative flavour that has a longer date on them. Good customer service.

When the sweets arrived they only had a week left before their best before date and their box was damaged as it had been crammed into a packing box diagonally with no extra packing. Neither of these things were great as they were meant to be a birthday gift and will now be past their best before 1 day after the birthday.

Unauthorised use of my content and no response

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I discovered that they had taken one of my original TikTok videos and reposted it on their Instagram without my permission.

The video was created by me and I am the copyright owner. They were using my content to promote their products and direct customers to their website, while the original video contained TikTok Shop product links through which I could earn commission. Their use of my video therefore potentially diverted traffic, engagement and earnings away from my original content.

I contacted the company directly to raise the issue and request compensation for the unauthorised commercial use of my content. I received no response, and I was subsequently blocked by their Instagram account.

I have retained evidence of the original video, their use of it and my attempts to contact them. I am extremely disappointed that instead of addressing the issue, I was blocked.

I would strongly recommend that creators check carefully how this company uses their content before working with them.

I will be taking them to small claims court.

Couldn’t be happier. The cinnamon swirl bites are fab! And so low calorie. Since I count my calories, this is so important. They’re satisfying to and filling and delicious. I also love anything sour and watermelon. But I want to be careful about sugar and fat intake so there are some great options. I’m a fan.

We are a Turkey-based cargo company. We have done business with this company 3-4 times and received payment. However, in our last transaction, we issued an invoice for 4919 USD. They repeatedly promised to pay and stalled us. Because we did not receive payment, we have initiated legal action against this company.

Ordered on 17th august and received no tracking info, no updates on my package, and my package has still not arrived (6th september).. I’ve written an email and they don’t respond.

Total scam ordered over a week ago multiple emails sent with no reply and no items received. I guess this company is just taking money of customers and not paying. Glad I used PayPal!

Received quickly, there was some damage when delivered but customer service was good. Items resent quickly which I really appreciate. Many thanks

I placed an order a few weeks ago. On the same day, I had an email confirming my order had been posted along with a tracking number for 48 hr delivery with Royal Mail. However after about 3 days, the tracking info showed that Royal Mail were still waiting for the parcel to get to them. I emailed The Snackhouse several times before finally getting a reply a few days later to say that they had sent the parcel and would investigate with Royal Mail and update me. After more chasing from me, I eventually had another email saying they'd investigate with Royal Mail again as the tracking info had not changed status. After nearly three weeks and giving them the opportunity to send a replacement, I requested a refund twice which they agreed to and I have now received. They also sent a packet of sweets as an apology using the same tracking info which had no issues that time.
I'm genuinely confused about what was going on. I saw no evidence of any follow up with Royal Mail and, until I got my money back, I was concerned it was a scam. Although I appreciated the apology sweets sent (which is why this is 2 stars and not 1 star), I had to chase the company numerous times and ultimately I didn't get the goods I'd hope to purchase.

Sent out of date items when not stipulated on the website. Tried to contact them numerous times this week but met with nothing. Terrible customer service.

*UPDATED* I have since been contacted by Thesnackhouse who have kindly apologized and sent out a replacement product which has a few months date on it, if I'm being petty they did offer some "complimentary freebies" which didn't arrive with the order but overall satisfied.
