Great service

Great service. Guy was super friendly helping me order. He also returned my call right away. Product was exactly what I wanted. Package arrived very quickly. Overall great dealing with your company. Hope we can do business again. Thanks.

I’ve reviewed your order. You selected USPS First Class Mail. Your order was placed and shipped the following morning. The current tracking shows updated as of yesterday. Your complaint is with USPS based on the shipping method you chose. I apologize that the shipping method you chose hasn’t been very fast, but instead you left a 1 star review for us.

They certainly dropped the ball on your shipment for sure. Sometimes they're super fast, other times not so much. But we've stuck with USPS because we are trying to keep our prices low. Fingers crossed!

Great Store, Great Products, Great Service

Everything was just as advertised. The product was accurately described, price very fair (about 1/2 what I found on other sites), my order was processed in a matter of hours and sent from Florida to Northern California in 2 business days. Simply awesome. I even got a very nice personal email from Whit Majors, the owner of the Skull Depot, thanking me for my order and letting me know if I had any questions or needed help, to contact him. Mr. Majors certainly knows how to keep his customers happy. This was my first purchase from the Skull Depot but it won't be my last. 5 well deserved stars to The Skull Depot.

Product is tight

Pricing was ok, shipping was fast, product is too tight! It barely has any give.
