Truly Life-Changing Expirience.
Hair loss at a young age can be emotionally exhausting. I was only 24 when someone causally mentoed my hair was thinning and receding-something I hadnt fully noticed until then. From that point on, it affecdet my daily routine and self-esteem. I spend 20-30 minutes every morning trying to style my hair just to feel presentable, but deep down i still feel self-sonscious all day. Even simple things like wind or rain become a source of adxiety. After tryin various products with little success, I looked into a hair transplant. Absolutely recommend, I am 6 months in post transplant on my crown and mid head, Dr Joy have already given me an amazing result, and I’m only half way on the journey. On 19th September 2024 I underwent a Hair Transplant at the Liverpool Hair Clinic on Rose Lane, performed by Dr Jyotsna Kumari and it was the best decision I have ever made.

From my first consultation to actually undergoing the procedure Jyo and the team where calming, professional and answered all my questions that I had, she put me at ease straight away, I had been to another clinic prior to meeting with Jyo but I didn't feel it was right for me. On the day of the procedure I was quiet nervous but again Jyo and her team put me at ease straight away. The procedure itself took around 7 hours from start to finish, stopping for half hour for lunch. It has now been 8 months and I have a full head of hair back where I was thinning, I am over the moon with my hair it looks 100% natural, totally first class service is given throughout and the excellent after care they offer you. Having this procedure has given me my confidence back, no longer do I need to hide the thinning with cosmetics.

For anyone considering to do this especially women, the best time for me was when I got it done in the September, as you are going into winter so you can hide areas whilst out and about with hats etc (but not for the first two weeks). I would also recommend using Minoxidil following the procedure, as this will help with your hair growth, it meant washing my hair every morning but so be it, it helped. I also took daily photos so 1. I could see the progress but 2. Mainly so I can look back on them and think wow just wow.

I would also just say be patient with yourself and you will see the end results for sure, and follow the instructions to the letter that you get from the team, its really important to see the best benefits, I have recently purchased a baby brush to try and get a little kink out of my hair and its actually made my hair transplant area softer, I definitely should have had one of these from the beginning of my natural hair growth.
