An independent store in Kew selling children's shoes, accessories and toys! There's a very impressive range of footwear from specialist children's shoe companies around Europe ensuring that the selection is both of the highest quality as well as unique. They cater for first steps right through to secondary school and stock all types of footwear from school shoes to party shoes, from wellies to slippers! The super-friendly staff are all fully trained in the art of shoe fitting and take extreme care to find the perfect shoe for every child. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are endlessly patient. They go out of their way to make each visit to The Shoe Station a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The toy and gift areas of the shop are brimming with gorgeous and unusual ideas. It's the perfect place to shop for presents for children of all ages. There's a gorgeous range of wooden toys, role play goodies, jigsaw puzzles, construction toys, a fabulous arts and crafts selection, science kits, beautiful baby toys and much more. The greetings cards are equally carefully chosen and impressive. The accessory offering covers basic school socks, tights and hair products, sports bits and pieces, through to adorable and hard-to-find special occasion items. The Shoe Station is a hidden gem, yet it's so accessible being only a stone's throw from Kew Gardens underground station and there's parking immediately outside of the shop.

Packed with care but £5 for shipping is expensive when as the worst shipping company (Evri) was used who took 3days to deliver and the tracking never works.
Would not have ordered if known Evri was used only placed the order as daughter wanted this particular pig.

Amazing personalised experience; online order followed up by a phone call to clarify final details of my order. Super stock and gift ideas, that along with all the packaging are environmentally conscious. This is small business at its best, so much better in every way than faceless mega online Ama*on, plus you are supporting a beautiful shop that is a joy to visit if you get the chance.

Excellent service
I'm an adult but wear size 2 shoes.
I initially tried some boots on in the store-the staff were so helpful.
I then had 2 pairs of the same style posted as I don't live in London. They arrive quickly, the return of 1was easy( too small) and I was refunded quickly.
Great service start to finish- will use again

Very efficient and reliable business
I ordered a jellycats doft toy which I was having trouble locating. The next day shoestation phoned me and explained that this was no longer in stock and offered alternatives or a refund. The refunsmd was fine immediately when requested

Faulty product but excellent service
The product that arrived wasn’t in the best condition as it appeared one of the boots was ex display and was a lighter shade than the other, it was also missing a seal around the top of the boot. I reached out to the shop and it did take a while to get a response from them, however when I did eventually get hold of them they were excellent at resolving the issue and the customer service from Fiona couldn’t be faulted. It sounds like it was an unfortunate isolated problem, and from speaking to Fiona I don’t have any doubt that the staff all take great pride in the shop, products and orders and I have no doubt they will always go out of their way to provide excellent service to all customers. It’s a shame I don’t live locally as would love to be able to pop in to the shop for a browse.
