The Shirt Company Arvostelua 

Asked for advice before buying a dress, no reply to emails sent. So purchased the dress anyway, it’s nice but completely see through-again tried to contact and absolutely nothing I’m glad I didn’t pay £150 for this dress!! You can send items back apparently but a month on and I’m still waiting for a reply. A joke company. Go somewhere else instead.

This is a very dishonest company!!! Do not waste your time buying from them- overpriced and not worth it! First they tell you you can return your item for an exchange, then the next thing you are told this is not possible after you have shipped your item and wasted so much money on shipment, then you get an email the confirmed exchange for your items were sold to someone else! Totally a scam!

Just made my f first purchase and am very happy came on time and had tracking very nice wrapping and good quality will shop again

Terrible, sent my package to the wrong address, homeowner brought it around to me two weeks later as they were on holiday. Driver falsified my signature.

Attempted to send my parcel back as I needed the suit for a wedding but had to purchase another one at short notice because of this mess up.

Company didn’t care or want to know and came up with some rubbish that the tags was not situated properly 😂.

Whole process was a joke and will not be purchasing ever again. Quick enough to take your money but when there is a problem they come up with pathetic excuses not to refund. I will say that the suit looked epic and wish I could of worn it.

The shirts speak for themselves. What more important to add is that they offer an Excellent Customer Service. Thanks, once more - Highly recommended!

I brought 2 shirt, which ended up too large for me. I returned these and the company ack the return. I have yet to receive a refund and no response back to my emails or messages on messenger - radio silence. Very poor customer service, I am out of pocket by over £100 which I am fighting to get back. Do not use this company at all!!

I have had an awful experience. My item took as long as my daughter’s item from China, the quality was terrible and I am still trying to get refunded. Avoid this company.

Awful systems. No order confirmation until prompted. Site wouldn't accept password and then ignored (multiple) requests for change. Stupidly, I re-ordered from them. Received (delayed) confirmation and then at 4.15 pm next day an email that product is out of stock. Never again. Avoid.

I ordered the Antoinette Tuxedo Pleated Shirt, not at full price thank goodness but still at £85 the shirt isn't worth the money... It's made of cheap cotton, I had to take the collar off as there was no stiffener in it and it looked awful so removing it left the grandad collar which was better.
Why didn't I send it back? because I ran out of time and needed something that was going to look stunning... but I was disappointed... It's the quality you would get from China, cheap material.
It has not laundered very well at all, even on a 20 degree wash. The cotton material is creased and that's despite ironing it while still wet!
There's no opportunity to review any of the shirts on their Web!
