Impossible to reach customer service

We ordered these December 3rd and it’s the 17th and they still have not shipped. I have wrote two emails to customer support with no response. There is no phone number to be found to contact the company. I am rating a 1 for poor customer service and extremely slow delivery if even it will be delivered. It did say when I ordered it would be delivered by Christmas.

canceled for unknown reason

Made an order then the next day got an email saying my order was cancelled but I did not cancel it. I sent an email and another inquiry through the web contact form and am yet to have anyone contact me about it. I still want what I ordered however it seems you do not want my business.

Great Service

I bought our son the earmuffs in the size range 0-5 but his head was too big for them. He just turned 4. The return process was easy and I was able to order the next size range on the same day.
