I’ve given 5 stars, not just because of the fantastic tiles but, because of the customer service. I had made an order and once it was picked up I was contacted about what they thought may have been an error. I believed I had ordered 3 tiles but they noticed I had ordered 2 tiles and one print and, thankfully, they checked with enough time to put it right as it was a present for someone. Thank you Jade for your help. If you are in the area of Sale, please go into the shop as it has a lovely display of everything, also the candle in the worker bee jar smells divine.

Delighted with my purchase from this company. Bought the “O” for orchestra print depicting the Halle, as a special gift for my sister. It arrived very quickly, was sturdily packaged and beautifully gift wrapped. The quality and design of the print is first class too. I have yet to gift it but I know my sister will be over the moon with it. I’ll definitely be back to purchase more of this Manchester alphabet series.

Beautiful product and presentation, which is great as it was a gift. The delivery was delayed, which I had to chase, but they came back really promptly to explain why and delivered it in time.
