Ik heb onderlaatst een sport uitlaat gekocht hier hij was goed optijd binnen👌, hij ging een klein beetje moeilijk erop maar als die er eenmaal op zit klinkt die geweldig grote aanrader. de uitlaat is een sport uitlaat voor de soort motor gy6.

Needed a complete G2pro rear fender unit with additional light, fixing plates and bolts so Googled away and no one one else did the complete package and to buy separately would have cost me double what I payed at The Scooter Shop with the added hassle of dealing with multiple deliveries.
Honestly, I was a bit sceptical about paying out my hard earned after reading the previous couple of reviews, but gave it a go and placed my order.
Order received bang on time with all components needed to do the job.

Beware import tax

If I could give no stars then I would. Absolute joke of a company. No communication skills at all. I'm actually convinced this is a company that finds opportunities to try and scam people. So, on 31st of May 2024, I ordered a new side stand for my scooter. A week later I start to wonder where it is. So on The 5th June, I rang multiple times to no avail. No answer, no call back, nothing. I then ring today and get told "this branch doesn't deal with it" and gave me another number to ring. I then ring that number, and guess what, no answer. They then blocked my number, I know this because I then rang on private and rang straight away. I then tried giving the original number again multiple times throughout the rest of the day and guess what! No answer. I then sent a message and asked for a tracking number or some kind of proof at 2:26pm and they saw my message and never responded. Do NOT give this company your time of day. Very unprofessional and I honestly don't care about my stand as I've now ordered one for the same price off of eBay. I'm putting this up to make people aware who are wanting to spend £100s on e-bikes or e-scooters. Do NOT do it to yourself. Yes they have some good reviews. But look at the bad ones! I'll put my life on it that they've had very similar experiences to me. I repeat, stay clear of these inexperienced con artists.

How is it a ludicrous review.
1. Like I said. I was never informed of dispatch or sent a tracking number to allow me to see where my parcel was. If I did have it then I could have filed for a missing part.
2. I had 2 phone numbers to get in touch with you guys. I got answered once out of a minimum of 20 phone calls.

You guys are ludicrous and shouldn't be operating a company. Next thing I'm going to say. Is own your fck up😂😂absolute lemons.

As an update further for anyone reading this. I sent my bank evidence of this company not answering calls,texts and emails. And I won the dispute. Got my measley £10 back. Thank you Monzo! Also got a free kickstand. Thank you scooter shop.

However. I'm sure this shows everyone what kind of company you run. My bank wouldn't just send me the money back after 3 months would they? Lol.
Good luck with future business. I hope my 'malicious' review does you some damage after all. Because what I do for a living requires you guys to do your jobs properly and effectively. Without doing so you cause people like me more money. Not just over a £10 part at all. Avoid like the plague guys and girls, please🙏

Gave an extra star as the guy seems to have good technical skills. But I am really disappointed with the treatment received from him. Got to his workshop door to be treated with loads of indifference and arrogance. The reason was a simple question: "When he estimated the service would be completed?". The scooter was left there for an inner tube replacement for two days already. I need to clarify that I was not in a hurry, I was only expecting a better and more polite answer than "it is ready when it's ready!"
Avoid!!! The competition treated me much better and solved the tube replacement plus a complete service in one day of work.

I highly recommend The Scooter Shop for anyone who needs repairs or maintenance for their mobility devices. The gentleman who helped us fix my father’s walker was professional, courteous, and kind. He repaired the walker in record time and made sure it was working perfectly. We are very grateful for his service and expertise.

Amazing team. Popped in with a puncture and they had it fixed within 2 hours. Even adjusted my brakes as they noticed they were a bit off.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. This is the best place for service and parts and price is always surprisingly lower than expected. Have a great range of parts and accessories as well and always happy to give good advise. If you own an E-Scooter then this is the place to go.

had an occassion to ask for help as the chain had come off my bike. they were only too happy to lend me some tools to fix my problem and were very pleasant about it. I handed the tools back with grease all over the handles but this was not a problem. very helpful and saved me a long walk home. they had some pretty nice looking scooters in the shop as well. recommend the helpful and friendly staff and definately worth a visit if looking for good honest service. thanks very much guys Geoff
