Late delivery
Ordered on the 27th Aug, now the 3rd Sept and not shipped.
After helpful follow up from Sackman and Polytextiles, the problem with their courier parcel force resolved.

Glad to hear issue is sorted, and thank you for your understanding on the matter, as this was out of our control due to the the Parcel being in the hands of the Courier and as you are aware we looked into why the delivery was late as it was sent for next day delivery via parcelforce24, we were informed that nobody was at home on the first attempt hence why they left the card to collect parcel from your nearest post office as signature was needed. sorry for the inconvenience caused and glad its finally sorted.

Excellent customer service
Unfortunately we received the wrong item. However excellent customer service. After sending an e mail to Sackman I received a telephone call within 20 minutes of said e mail. The problem was sorted. We received the correct bags promptly.

This was my second order for log bags but I ordered the wrong size. I rang up to explain and was told it was no problem they would exchange them. The correct bags arrived the next day and the courier picked up the wrong ones to return them. All free of charge. What a fantastic service!! No hassle and nothing to much trouble. Would highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely use again!
