Fantastic coach. Takes time to listen to your personal goals and tailors to you. No generic plans here. He looks at the whole package from excersize, nutrition and wellbeing. Helping you navigate the ups and downs with the training. I have been training for a while and is very supportive.
I’ve been with lewys for over 4.5 years now. I’ve learnt so much from him and created some life changing habits and got myself in to such a good routine. These things wouldn’t have been possible without lewys help. He really has been amazing to work with and we have such a good relationship now, he knows how and what is best for me and I just listen. If ever I have any questions regarding anything fitness related he will always try and answer it, if he doesn’t know then he will do his research and find out.
