The Repair Plus Arvostelua 14

I bought a Pixel 6a screen and it arrived promptly, but then discovered my son's phone was a Pixel 6.

I'm now trying to get a return/refund request approved, but their phone doesn't ring, they're not answering their online chat and not responding to emails.

It's now been 5 days since my initial request.

UPDATE - I've now got the refund request approved with a free return, but have chosen not to send it back as I doubt I'll get a refund. Going to sell it on Ebay instead.

They are scammers. They sent me the wrong phone screen and so I rang them, the woman said to return it and I would be refunded so I did. They confirmed that they have received it but refuse to refund. Do not buy from this guys.

I ordered a new screen for my Moto G15 and I saw these reviews after. I was a bit worried but I'm really pleased with the screen. Colour is great, it's responsive and functions as normal. The little repair kit that comes with it is really handy. But I would suggest preparing with a razor as the glue is hard to navigate. The postage was fast. Bargain for the price!

I’m leaving this review after a deeply frustrating experience with Repair Plus Store. I purchased a product that turned out to be faulty, and despite clearly meeting the criteria for a refund, the store refused to honour it.
I followed every step of their stated return policy, provided proof of the issue, and gave them multiple opportunities to resolve the situation professionally. Instead, I was met with dismissive responses and no willingness to take responsibility for a defective item they sold me.
A reputable business should stand behind the products they sell and treat customers fairly when things go wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I’m now left out of pocket for something that never worked properly in the first place.
I’m sharing this so others are aware of how Repair Plus Store handles legitimate refund requests. I would strongly advise caution before purchasing from them.

Replacement screen for Pixel 8 received quickly but not as advertised - missing ancillary components and no tape/adhesive which were meant to be included. Product itself works but poor quality with frame missing from bottom edge of unit.
Left phone message, emailed and used their web-site contact form but no response. Poor service and product - do not use.

I ordered a replacement screen for a Samsung which came with the sub frame attached. This was £25 and would take about 15 to 20 minutes to repair. I was sent just the glass screen and digitizer, which is only £10.99 on their site. I have emailed 3 times, the chat does not work so I have no choice but recover through the card company. Amazing how you complain in a review and suddenly the company starts talking about its returns policy. No bloody good if you don’t reply when your contacted!!

Paid for 1pm next day service still not received it , I know maybe Xmas period but was still for a working day

I was worried after reading the negative comments, but I had an excellent service with the vendor.

Would definitely come back and order more

Place order for Google Pixel 7 Pro, Arrived on time well packed.

Ordered a replacement screen for my phone. It arrived promptly, but it arrived broken.

I followed the returns procedure laid out on the policies/refund-policy page on their website.

I sent pictures, but heard nothing. Ended up having to use online chat with them where I was asked to send the images again!

The refund was agreed but only issued after I had to chase it. Really frustrating experience, won't be using this company again.

Ordered a replacement screen, it said it came with all the tools to fix it and it would be dispatched that day. Nope, it was dispatched days later and no tools. Still waiting on a response ref tools, will update review then

Misleading photos. Shows you get the back adhesive but you don't. The quality is also extremely poor. Avoid at all costs.

trying to get in contact with them regarding a return, been an absolute nightmare!! no reply to emails website chat gets no response at all, fake phone number on their website.

Shouldn't have bothered ordering from this shop, website looked somewhat legit so I thought I'd give it a shot, but it really wasn't worth it.

I ordered a replacement battery for my Pixel 4a, and despite the listing clearly stating the model 8230015901 (and showing a picture of a battery with this model number) the one I received was different from the one advertised, with the model number 8230020501 instead. This model is affected by a known issue, and shouldn't really have been sold. The fact that they specifically mention this model in the title for this particular phone only makes me think they are actually aware of the issue, and are intentionally misleading. No other battery for any other phone on their site has the model number mentioned in the title, in fact some don't state it at all.

Didn't bother initiating a return since it was so cheap, but I can't recommend this website to anyone.

Also, when I asked what model this battery was specifically (granted, I had already placed the order, I just wanted to double check) they just replied "It's a replacement battery", so definitely not confidence inspiring.
