I would strongly advise staying away from this company. I purchased a wearable breast pump that was advertised with a lifetime warranty and free returns, however after only around 6 months of use the product became faulty. I then purchased a second unit myself (before even requesting a replacement, as I needed another at the time), and that has also failed.

I have contacted the company multiple times (Sept 2025, Oct 2025, Dec 2025, and March 2026) and have been completely ignored. I was also asked to pay shipping for a warranty claim, which contradicts their own policy. For a brand that claims to support mums, there has been zero support, zero accountability, and no care once the sale is made. Extremely disappointing experience.

AVOID!!!!!! Ordered the breast pump which took over 13 days to arrive which is much longer then the 5 advertised. Emailed them to cancel it several times but no response. I now have a breast pump I no longer need and cannot return it and no response to my emails. I will be looking at claiming the money back from my credit card.

Terrible company and no customer service.

Reached out for support- pump was leaking and painful. Told I couldn't return it even though it was faulty and leaking. They told me they would send different flange sizes. Never arrived. I have been emailing for months and no reply. I was left without a working pump and unable to feed baby in the way I wanted. Totally disempowering. I still to this day almost 6 months later have not received a reply.

I wanted to return the order as I no longer need the parcel but was not getting any response from via email

I bought this pump and I am completely not satisfied with it. The delivery took 10 working days which was apainful time, I am a mum at the age of 44 where day counts,I didn't get right suction on time ending up buying formula milk for my baby, useless delivery service and pump itself.
I want return its not even 30 days not getting reply for refund process. Totaly scrap. I can't tell my feeling feeding my baby ready made milk. So my true opinion is not to buy relivoo products again.

I hesitated a lot before ordering because there are so many brands on the market, but I’m not disappointed. It’s really great: fast extraction, no pain, and very quiet. I even use it at the office with no problem. I’m very satisfied.
The customer service is also easy to reach, and I always got quick replies to my questions.
I can pump more milk than with a traditional breast pump, and the main advantage is that I can pump without any constraints. It’s really a big plus.
I recommend it to all moms.

Easy and a great product

The relievoo pumps are absolutely amazing!! So easy to use, excellent battery life, and incredible value for money. Really stands up so well next to the leading brands!

Absolutely rubbish! Ive only used it for a month and the charge started running out in 5 minutes of usage! It also turns itself off whilst using it and the suction is terrible!
Not recommended! I would pay a few more pounds and buy from a known brand! They dont even bother to reply to emails!

better don't buy, I bought 2 relievoo breast pump, i just started using it last month and now none of them is working. I have sent message via gmail no response.. not advisable to buy..

I don't normally leave reviews but after using Momcozy mobile breast pumps for several months which cost more than three times I found no difference in quality except that I can't control it with app but I didn't use it much anyway. I've used Relievoo wireless pumps few times and so far I'm loving them. They are lighter and easier to clean.

Product itself is great & easy to use. Takes only 20 mins with really good results. Very discreet design & quiet enough when in use. Easy to put together & to clean.
There was a hiccup with my original order after emailing back and forth managed to get sorted & they had good customer service.

I've got this and I am over the moon with quality and wearability of this device. I love that it turns itself off after 20mins. I express every 2 hours during the day and when my baby wakes through the night. I personally from doing this since the day she was born have a really good supply of milk. Im managing to pump between 5 and 7oz of milk each session and I'm only 12 days postpartum. So I now have enough that I can even start freezing milk in preparation for others helping out and even nights off in the future. Or even if I wanted to have a drink of alcohol I have more than enough now for over a 48hr period in expressed breast milk put away. Consistency is key and these relievoo pumps are a game changer. I have been on walks, doing the cleaning, on the bus, driving the car, even in appointments and I have been able to discreetly express and go about my day without any need to hide, cover up or spend long periods of time trying to feed. I pump a 20min session, my daughter gets her bottles on demand and with it being bottles she feeds quicker. I have found for having a larger family this has made breast feeding possible despite the hassle n bustle of school runs, Dr appointments, cleaning, teens needing their time, and my boys needing their quality time too. This has made my breast feeding journey so far a breeze. Highly recommend especially if you intend to solely express. Only thing is id buy 2 sets of pumps if your solely expressing as the pumps roughly get 3 sessions of battery out of them.

Oh my gosh what a best decision I have made to order relievoo breast pump after seeing some videos on their Insta page. First, I was about to order momcozy pump but I had read some reviews about flange size issues then I read good reviews about flange size in relievoo plus they sent me the measurement sample which my husband found really helpful and he was super impressed … The battery timings are good and pumps got fit really well under bra with 0 percent leakage. I feel so relieve after getting those pumps so now I can have better sleep after pumping out milk in 15-20 min and give my child to my husband. I would recommend this to every new mom to make their life super easy and relaxed… Iam in live with this product and seems like its a god gift to me cx he knows how difficult situation im inn right now taking care of two kids which is draining … thanks relievoo keep up the good work and try to maintain the same good communication with yiur customers. Do not compromise on the quality & customer satisfaction … good luck !!! pls start phone contact number also for customers who do not have email id then it would be excellent…

I am really satisfied with this product, which made my life easier and comfortable. I wish I would have ordered it for my elder daughter time but this time I am feeling so much relax than other products made my nipple sore and painful.

I was stuck between using Relievoo and Momcozy but I’m glad I’ve gone with Relievoo. It’s a great pump and very cost effective. The battery lasts a long time and there are multiple settings for the best and most comfortable pump for you.

I was sceptical at first as pumping with my first child was uncomfortable and not enjoyable at all. But Relievoo has made me feel like a Super Mum. Especially with how much milk I’m getting within 15minutes and not feeling a thing!
