Mr. Aaron Daniel's Survey
Mr. Aaron Daniel was punctual, polite, knowledgeable and very thorough.
He flagged up the issues we needed to clarify with our vendor. and produced a very detailed and helpful survey document, complete with photos of non-urgent repairs that we might want to make in the future. Our Survey was delivered within 48 hours. Excellent value for money. I would highly recommend Mr. Daniel.

Building survey & valuation
I was recommended Aaron at The Real Estate Group for a survey I required on a property purchase. Not only was his quote very competitive but the service was excellent. He was happy to answer any questions throughout the process and was always willing to help where possible. when I thought the sqft in the report was incorrect, as based on the EPC report not due to incorrect measurements on his behalf, we went back to the property within a few days to check the measurements. I would happily use Aaron again and would recommend him to anybody requiring a survey/valuation.

Professional and great customer service
Aaron made the whole experience stress free. We were advised on the different levels of surveys and prices so we could select the right one we required for the property we were purchasing. All prices were competitive with the current market and I would highly recommend The Real Estate Group.
