If you decide you don't want the product because you don't get to see all charges before they make a charge and you call to cancel they won't let you. I called three minutes after purchasing and they say they have to make a request to cancel. In less than five minutes they claimed it was processed even though I requested it to be canceled twice in five minutes. They make you pay to return the products to get your money back. They also make it so you have to pay insurance on the item . Even if you decide you don't want it. Shipping says 4.95. But really it starts at $4.95-9.99. then $9.99 insurance. So they force the product on you if a mistake is made and then you pay for it to be sent back. Also you have to get permission to return it to different address. Want a tip? Don't buy! There are better products that aren't marked up so high and made to look like a deal. Marketing scam! Real company would let you cancel the item because we all know it wasn't really processed and boxed up in less than five minutes of purchase. That's bad business and customer service. The I have to request to cancel is B.S. also. It's a way to push the product on you. They tell you try it and if you don't like you can return
What they don't say is if you open it you pay for it. You try it you pay for it. They lie to you.

Buenas tardes, ha pasado mucho tiempo desde que les expuse mi caso. Nunca recibí el producto. Solicité el re-embolso y nunca lo recibi. Me pueden dar noticias. Saludos.

You provided useful information that helped me decide to make my decision

This is a well organized site and very easy to check out the only thing I didn't care for was the pushiness of other products

All of the extra offers were overwhelming. So I declined them all. Way to much without enough details.

I was completely finished with ordering in less than 2 minutes!
I will have to see how it works before I write anything else,

It was fine 🙂

Easy to use and I am so hoping this product works

Thanks for correcting my discount.

Therawolf was very easy to work with in solving my problem of not receiving my shipment. They sent me a replacement shipment that arrived safely. Highly recommended and a very honest company.

This is an excellent product, it helped the edema in my husband’s feet and ankles. The customer service is wonderful, very responsive.

I was sceptical but after 2 days my knee stopped aching and was able to sleep without trying to find a comfortable position to sleep. I get up and can walk with little to no pain at all. Might not work for everybody but for me it brought tremendous relief. I rubbed it into my knees and my calves using the same motions that a masseuse would use

Second time going to this product. Tried many others, but one seems to have best results.

nice and easy.
pity i can only order 4 at a time.
i would have liked to buy more.

First of all, finding a safe product with no side effects. Secondly, the savings. And, Thirdly, the fast check- out.
Thank you. Ruthanne

They are doing a fantastic job 👏
