The true test for a business is how they deal with issues that they encounter. I'm happy to say that The Ramp Factory excel in resolving customer issues.
Part of my order failed to arrive, a quick phone call and an email detailing what was missing and it arrived the next day.

Easy to order, Excellent Customer services
We measured the depth of threshold and ordered the Rubber Threshold Ramp. It was delivered next day.
We found that our measurements were out and we needed the next size up. We talked with the Customer Services and the return, refund and reorder were sorted and the Ramp (next size up) was delivered the very next day.

Rubber Access ramps
Had to wait weeks for Social Services assessment. Found these solid rubber ramps, although a little expensive, they are substantial and excellent. Ordered and delivered the following day so, all in all excellent service.
