I am beyond frustrated with this product. I purchased this Theragun Mini back in 2022, thinking I was investing in a premium piece of recovery tech for my parents. Given the Therabody brand name and the price tag, you expect a certain level of build quality and longevity. Instead, what I got was a total dud.

My parents have barely even touched this thing. it has lived in its case for the vast majority of the last few years. I recently returned home and tried to get it running for them, only to find that it is completely unresponsive. If you’re looking for a reliable massage tool, look elsewhere. This is a $200+ paperweight that failed without even being put to work. Extremely disappointed and will not be buying from Therabody again.

I purchased the Therabody FaceMask Glo, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The eye protection piece got damaged very easily, and I discovered that there is absolutely no way to buy a replacement. The only option offered is to purchase an entirely new mask.

The silicone used for the eye protector is of very poor quality, which is unacceptable considering it’s an essential component for safe use. I contacted customer service to ask if I could simply buy a replacement eye protector, but they confirmed that it is not sold separately.

I find this policy unreasonable, wasteful, and highly disrespectful to customers.

Theragun Prime is Worst product. Mine lasted 18mths before the battery would only give me 9 minutes on a full charge. Theragun company oh sorry but its out of its 12mth waranty. Oh and you cannot replace the battery or get it repaired. Shows why they only offer 12mths warranty. I wont be buying theragun again.

The massager is powerful, and while its shape seemed awkward at first, I’ve found it to be a real advantage—making it much easier to reach certain areas. I also recently contacted Customer Support about an issue and had the pleasure of chatting with Oscar. He was extremely helpful and promptly arranged a replacement unit at no charge—excellent service!

J’ai rencontré un problème technique sur mon Theragun Pro Plus (message d’erreur lié au module de refroidissement). L’appareil étant quasi neuf, j’ai contacté le service client Therabody Europe.

Et là, expérience tout simplement exemplaire.

Réponse rapide, diagnostic clair, aucune perte de temps inutile. Mon dossier de garantie a été pris en charge immédiatement, avec un numéro de retour communiqué dans la foulée et des instructions simples et efficaces.

Le plus impressionnant reste la fluidité du processus : validation rapide, étiquette prépayée, et surtout mise en place du remplacement sans discussion. On sent un service client structuré, professionnel et orienté solution.

Dans un contexte où beaucoup de SAV deviennent compliqués et chronophages, c’est extrêmement appréciable de tomber sur une équipe aussi réactive et efficace.

C’est exactement le niveau de service qu’on attend d’une marque premium.

Bravo aux équipes Therabody pour cette gestion irréprochable.

I contacted Therabody because my gun would no longer charge. I’ve had it three years with light use. I told them it is not under warranty I just wanted it fixed. They told me they don’t do that unless it’s under warranty. What a waste of money and customer service is horrible to deal with. If I could have given them negative stars I would.

Non-functional Out of the Box

Bought new, from Harrods.
Out of the box, it did not turn on and did not charge, at all.
The battery seems to be completely dead - the first time I've seen anything like this, hence the review.
Shocking how such a huge brand can let out products like this.
2 days passed and I'm still waiting for the customer service to reply.

$300+ device that is only warranted for 1 year. Mine is 4 years old and won’t run anymore, even with good care and minimal use.

My first Theragun lasted about 6 years. I loved it. My second one died after three months, and I'm now waiting for my THIRD warranty replacement. Hard to think of a company that dropped more in quality. It's garbage now, and the customer service is awful. STAY AWAY.

Battery died because it is integrated into the unit, so it cannot be repaired. It's not under warranty. Quick responses from customer support, but they offered no solution. Now I'm throwing away a $300+ electronic devise. Very wasteful. Very frustrating!

Ich nutze den Therabody Theragun Pro Plus seit Mitte Dezember 2025 und ich kann nur von einem Kauf abraten. Nach nicht einmal zwei Monaten Gebrauch gem. App-Anleitung hat das Vibration Attachment seinen Geist aufgegeben (Gummi trennt sich vom Anschluß). Der Support hat mich trotz nachweislicher 90-Tage-Garantie (siehe Terms and Conditions) auch auf Zubehör und Attachments darauf hingewiesen, dass ich mir doch gerne ein neues Vibration Device für 99€ bestellen kann. Kurzum: Die Theragun Pro Plus wird als Premium Device angepriesen, aber wenn man innerhalb der Garantie Support benötigt dann ist dieser nicht gegeben. Schade!

I have a Theragun Elite 4th Gen which charges to 100% while plugged in, but will not turn on when unplugged and reverts to saying 0% charge when plugged back in.

EXPENSIVE MACHINE, EXPENSIVE PAPERWEIGHT.

I wanted to like this, and I’ve tolerated it now 7 days a week for about a month. It just feels heavy and like it is dragging my face down. I have to hold it to try and make it comfortable. When I take it off I have deep indentations under my eyebrows and on the bridge of my nose. I have a small face and it’s just too heavy, if I tighten it up and shorten it over the top of my head it’s even worse. I wouldn’t spend the $$

Purchased a Theragun Prime Plus, after not even 1 month of use... Purchased 26/12/2025... yesterday the gun massager just completely stopped working. The massager was just like any other one that I have used upto now. Those failed over years for battery issues.

This is a prime product... nearly 500€ paid in Italy at unieuro for it. And now it is already in the bin!
Do not purchase this product, better off just getting a cheap one on Amazon.

To not mention that in theory you are then supposed to dish out other money for the cooling head and for some other accessory "not included"...

The massager itself is supposed to use an App, which is also developed really badly. Plus subscription of course. Total waste of time and money... never again am I buying anything from this brand.

The Theragun Elite worked well while it lasted, but ultimately this is an expensive, disposable product that I would not recommend.

Despite careful use and proper storage, the battery failed just after the warranty period and the device stopped charging entirely. This appears to be a known and inevitable issue, yet there is no option to replace the battery, no paid repair service, and no way to fix what is a minor component failure.

For a premium-priced product, this is unacceptable. Once the battery goes, the entire device becomes landfill. There is no sustainability consideration built into the product design or the company’s support model.

Customer service was quick and polite, but that’s where it ends. After escalation, the outcome was simply that nothing could be done. No goodwill gesture, no meaningful discount, no trade-in, no refurbishment option. The only solution offered was to buy a brand new device at full price.

I wasn’t asking for a free replacement. I was asking for any incentive to remain a customer. There was none.

At this price point, you expect durability, repairability, or at least reasonable post-warranty support. Therabody offers none of these. The product will deteriorate and fail over time, and when it does, you are completely on your own.

My advice: don’t buy. Get a much cheaper alternative. Paying extra for this brand is not worth it long term, as the product is effectively disposable once the battery fails.

DO NOT BUY. This will break after two years. Mine just stopped charging. Conveniently, it stopped working right when the warranty ended.

I contacted customer service, and after going in circles through multiple emails and forms, I received a generic response telling me to buy another one.

I repeat: do not buy. At this price point, I expect much better.

I am dissatisfied with the customer service and their Theragun Elite Red. I purchased it because the product was highly reviewed and recommended. I purchased it in Feb 2021 and I haven’t extensively used it (still looks new), LED light up but does not charge. The charge remains at 0%. I reported issue to customer service, after going back and forth with them they pointed to their limited 1 year warranty.

Le daria cero estrellas si pudiera. Venden pistolas de masaje sin cargador. Solo trae el cable usb. Una estafa total: como puede no proporcionar el cargador original? Cada cargador es diferente en especificaciones de Voltios y Amperios. Si le ocurre algo al producto, van a culpar al cargador del cual no han proporcionado ni siquiera? Ni siquieran dan la opción de comprarlo en la pagina web. Atención al cliente contesta por correo diciendo que busque referencias en su pagina web para cargadores compatibles: una risa de servicio. No sé si existe lo que describe porque ni siquiera me ha facilitado el enlace.
