The martingale collar is so padded and premium helped a lot with my dog pulling. She still pulls a bit but way better than before. Delivery was pretty fast, happy.

I was pretty shocked to read these horrific reviews. I personally had a bad experience with Bully Billows so looked for an alternative. I have three of the ultra no pull harness and collar sets now. We have some 4mm and some 5mm collars. I have a sky blue, black and green harness. I can’t recommend these enough. The handles are perfect for keeping control of your dog in situations where it’s needed. My dog is very strong and I’m SO glad I found this company. Helpful with measuring on Instagram and very quick responses to DMs. I wish I could add photographs to my review. Will definitely be getting more colours in the future!

I read the other reviews but thought for the price I'd give it a go, and I'm so glad I did. My paracord set arrived on time, is very sturdy and fits my Great Pyrenees perfectly. It's great for control and I love how different it looks too.

Absolutely, disgusted in the service. I ordered one of the telescopic durable flirt holes for my American bulldog. It was saying that it was delivered by royal mail. Who left it on my doorstep? I waited in all day as I was excited to use it with him so it impercifically for it before I took him out.
As the royal mail were saying it has been delivered although I did not receive it. The popcord now refused to give me a refund despite the fact that I reported it to the police on their request. Because the police chose to do nothing about it. They now say that they have to investigate it with the royal mail, which is not as a consumer rate 2015 works, which I've said to them in several emails, which I've had back-and-forth explaining to them how the consumer rights 2015 act works.

Edit:
not my problem now had a refund through my bank so you can battle it out with them. Just crazy you think your policy overrides the actual law your supposed to be operating under and that a customer has to go through these lengths to get a refund sorted out.

Absolutely shocking product and customer service!
Measured my dogs neck accordingly and the collar they sent was way too big - to the point that she actually got loose! Contacted them and they insisted their sizing was correct but I could send it back IF I paid postage to!
Started a claim on PayPal only for them to email me calling me a fraud!

Lead just fell apart and they've refused to send a new one . Shocking customer services .

Robbed off with my collar stating they send it in the post but delivery was refused and they now want me to pay for my own property back...liars! No royal mail service was delivered to us as we normally have a card left for us...there was nothing. They wouldn't allow me a refund because a tag was taken off even though it was brand new...they said this after I had already posted it back btw! So £20 wasted so I paid another £20 for a set and asked if I can have my original back since I work with large dogs and would be waste otherwise...they're now keeping hold of it and want to charge me money to get it back!!! My own property! They've now started ignoring my emails. Bunch of scammers

WELL STILL NO REFUND STILL NO COLLAR STILL NO EMAIL and STILL STATING AS DELIVERED. I DONT know what’s happening with my reviews they just don’t go up but I have finally found ALL THE BAD REVIEWS THAT WE DONT SEE AND ALL THE SAME FAULT THESE COLLARS FALL TO BITS ONE WONANS DOG WAS ONLY 8 months old she got her order but the first week and the collar started fraying the metal went black and there’s NO WAY THIS WOULD EVER STAND UP TO A BIG DOG SO NOT ONLY ARE THEY SELLING TATT THEY ARE ARE ARE POTENTIALLY PUTTING DOGS AT RISK I HAVE NEVER HONESTLY READ SO MANY BAD , SERIOUSLY BAD REVIEWS now IM no wiz with a phone but clearly tapped on something and 117 SHOCKING REVIEWS CAME UP IT NOT ONLY MADE MY BLOOD BOIL BUT TERRIFIED ME AT THE THOUGHT OF A BIG DOG WEARING ONE OF THESE OR ANY OF THERE PRODUCTS . There website actually blocked me but every day I’ll be back until I get my refund because it looks like they’re going to drag it out as long as possible but I’ve reported it to my bank they’re investigating as is Companies House because the PUPCO is in fact VERY VERY SHADY you only need to look at the 5 star reviews to see they’re fake .
