Never received my item. Waited 21 days. Was given a full refund.

Lovely company, have used them for years and always find the delivery fast, well packaged and excellent products!

The worst candles I've bought in the longest time.

The "crystals" are just coloured stones and when the candle is lit the heat means the stones slide to the wick and cause the wax to only melt in a small cylinder down to the glass. The vast majority of the wax is unmelted and therefore the burning time is much lower than expected.

Honestly just don't bother.

I have received 2 deliveries this week. Dispatch times have been fast and delivery has been prompt. They have been packaged well and arrived in tact. The crystals have been amazing quality and as described. I will use this company again in confidence.

I received some fantastic crystals and amazing value for money. They were dispatched and delivered a few days later than the website stated for delivery but I'm really pleased overall

I don't usually write reviews at all but this is very disappointing and I feel that I need to warn people.

I used 1-2 day delivery and when over a week later it hasn't even been dispatched, I reached out and emailed and got told it would be dispatched that day and arrive by the next couple of days - still nothing and I have been lied to as the Royal Mail tracking number said it hadn't been dispatched.

Over a month later now of emailing asking for my items, I still haven't received it and been told it has been dispatched yet again (third time I have been told this, let's hope it's true this time) - no refund, no voucher in return or anything.

I would not recommend buying from here as I wish I didn't as it was not worth all the hassle!

Order placed, getting fobbed off with excuses as to where the my order is

I placed an order with The Psychic Tree on 17th Dec as the website states 2-3 days delivery so assumed the order would arrive by Christmas. I waited for a dispatch email but heard nothing. On 22nd Dec I emailed to say I wanted the order cancelled as obviously not going to arrive for Christmas. Funny how following the email I get a dispatch notice! I sent another email to say I would return the order as now no longer needed. I was sent returns information. Package arrived on 27th Dec with all items loose in a jiffy bag and slightly squashed so not great packing. Item was delivered in the specified 2-3 days once dispatched it's just a shame and disappointing they had not actually actioned the order when it was placed!

i ordered a bracelet 2 weeks back and it said it has been delivered and isn’t here.

I haven't received my purchase yet.it says it was dispatched on the 27th Dec. It in now 3rd Jan

The crystals are beautiful, delivered quickly and very nicely packaged. Would definitely recommend.

It seems my experience is similar to many others recently. Placed an order 26th December. I have not received the items, money taken and no dispatch email. I have queried today with CS and they tried to blame Royal Mail for losing the parcel. When I dug deeper and asked for tracking information they then admitted it had not yet been posted. No apology and poor communication skills. I am still no further forward with no item and no sign of a refund. Would not recommend.

Bascially the items for christmas were not sent to me on time. When I got in contact with the seller they informed me that the items had been sent. After Christmas I had not received the items I asked for them to be cancelled. Surprise surprise no answer. A day later my order invoice was then processed followed a couple of days later followed by now redundant items. I get it's Christmas and its probably busy but please do not lie. Won't be shopping with them again.

My experience is identical to others who've posted reviews here, particularly Mark Johnson. Strange way to run a company. Deceit makes a mockery of the pretence that you're an ethical, spiritual company promoting wellness. Their competitors will be enjoying my business in the future.

As for so many others placed order, wasn't despatched, CS lied that it had been posted and blamed Royal Mail. Eventually received much later.

Checked Christmas delivery on Website, placed order late on the 18th, should have been posted on the 19th according to the website.

Queried with Customer Service on the 21st as no posted e-mail and order still showed as processing. They said it was posted on time and blamed Royal Mail for delays.

Received dispatch e-mail on the 28th and the order on the 30th.

Why would you ever deal again with a customer who blatantly lies to your face.

Absolutely appalling service. I placed an order but received no email to confirm dispatch. When my order didn’t arrive I contacted them and they blamed Royal Mail. They said my order shows as out for delivery still so I request the number and check myself. Actually no status is available as Royal Mail don’t have it and I was then sent a dispatch confirmation the day after I chased up my order which means they hadn’t even process it 2 weeks down the line but they were happy to take my money and then lie saying it was on its way. Right now I have no money and no items. The person who wrote a review saying communication is always top notch obviously hasn’t had to deal with them taking their money and leaving them without.

Like so many other recent reviews, almost identical experience. Ordered 3 sets of stones on 1-2 day delivery on the 19/12/23. Not arrived to date - 28/12/23. Told they were despatched “in plenty of time”. When I asked for a tracking number I was given a link that showed the parcel was not even despatched. Another week has gone by and they are still not delivered. I’ve emailed screen shots but business owner no longer responds.
Why not be honest and just give us all our money back? You’ve clearly been overwhelmed. You now have disappointed customers who did not have the gifts to give at Christmas.

Same thing that everyone else is complaining about happened to me. I ordered two candles for 1-2 days delivery before Christmas, no email and it’s been about a week now I’ve emailed twice and received NO RESPONSE. and to think the owner actually thinks she’s doing a good job?? I think you need to find a new job because this is dog 💩. A waste and disappointed to say the least. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. SCAM!!!

Fantastic online store. I have purchased a range of products from crystal infused candles (heaven), crystals and jewellery. I have always been 100% satisfied with the products. Good quality. Communication is always top notch too. Love them!
