Voting 1 star because when my order came, i was missing 1 item, it had also been written on the receipt by hand to contact them for a refund for the item missing.
Like the other review, i contacted them and no reply.
Why couldn't they just refund the single item instead of writing on the receipt? Why did they want me to contact them? To just not reply.

Its kind of like ‘accidental’ theft on their behalf.

The only protein treats I’ve found that don’t have that grainy texture. The fudge is a staple in my diet and the mini egg chocolate bars are so good. Really helps with macros when in competition prep.

I have never had anything bad from TPQ and love all of the products! All the macros are set out clearly which is really important for me as I’m strict on my tracking. My personal favourite are the protein brownies and protein fudge, which both taste amazing and definitely seem like they should be way more calories than they are!
Correspondence from TPQ is always good and you’re made aware when the products have shipped. I find this helpful so I can be honest for delivery!
The only negative I can think of is not being able to decide what to order each time I do, because there are too many things to choose from! 10/10.

Delicious products that are perfect for hitting macros and work really well if you’re in a calorie deficit but still want a nice treat. They’re also at a really reasonable price point. I have tried a few of the different products but the chocolate bars are my current faves

The Protein Queen has a great businesses to order from, not only the products themselves, but also the customer service received, no enquiry is too of an issue and reply’s are always prompt, as for the products they are an absolute god send, in terms of macros and taste, this has lead me to ordering from them over and over again, this has lead me to changing my whole relationship with food!

Ordered multiple times from the protein queen, always professionally packaged and delivered within the time frame given. Absolutely love the products, delicious snacks and highly recommend!!

I honestly can’t praise this brand enough. Amazing quality, brilliant customer service and reliable delivery. I have ordered so many times and always blown away how good the products are. I haven’t ever found protein products that taste as good as these and the new products recently released are a game changer!

These products are honestly amazing! Great value for money and they taste stunning! Unlike other protein products that have that chemical taste, the protein queen products are authentic, tasty, moreish and satisfying! Macro friendly and I recommend to my clients all the time and I’m a full time PT/coach. My personal favourites are the fudge slabs and the chocolate. In my top 5 for protein sweet treats!

I've been buying products from The Protein Queen since 2019 and I can't recommend them enough!
The protein fudge is incredible (birthday cake is 👌🏻) and the new protein chocolate bars are game changing.
You can absolutely still enjoy sweet treats while hitting your macros and reaching your goals.
All products come with storage and use by guidelines and they also freeze and defrost really well.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend TPQ to everyone ✨

Sent me moudly cookie dough. It is incorrectly packaged to keep it secure from going mouldy. I politely sent an email asking for a refund & I got no response. I sent 2-3 more emails & still no reply so now I’m leaving a negative review to warn others.

The Protein Queen has well earned this review both in terms of customer engagement and the products who’s taste and macros speak for themselves — not only are the treats absolutely delicious with lots of choice and frequent new additions to the menu, but the Protein Queen herself shows the power of small businesses with owners who truly care about their customers and she presents as a strong and confident role model to girls (like me!) everywhere — so the most genuine of thank yous for everything you do from me to you x
