Dealing with Luca was a very easy and helpful experience. There was no pressure to take out a policy and he explained all the features clearly and dealt with my queries so I understood what the cover provided.
Had time to review with my wife before agreeing to proceed a few days later.

I have just had a very informative conversation with broker Luca Palacio who listened to all my needs and concerns and found me an alternative Private Health Plan with Aviva, in comparison to my previous provider WPA the cost is about 45% less with the same cover. Charlie is an absolute gem, Like most people i wanted to get the best option for my family, the coverage and price. But my time was limited when it came to speaking to Charlie and the team, But true to form Charlie contacted me every so often letting me know he was there and offering time (Even in his personal time) So i could have a chat with him regarding it all. We finally carved out some time and he walked me through everything including the negatives if you paid less etc. Even after picking and accepting everything, The aftercare/Customer Service is 5*. It has been god knows how long since someone has given me hope that a company actually cares about their customers. If you honesty and someone you can trust...Get in touch with this company.
