First time ordering from TPDC
First time ordering from TPDC! I got the Josephine midi dress in forest green. The material is nice and thick with a generous amount of stretch. I was in between sizes and customer service was helpful. I did order the matching bow as well in the same shade but it actually doesn’t match perfectly and is a different texture satin than the bows on the dress. It should be okay though since it’s not worn very close to the dress.

Beautiful dress that fits well
Beautiful dress that fits well. I bought a size 20 to accommodate my bust but the rest of me is more a 16 however the dress sits lovely. The colour is classic red and the material is soft with some stretch. You could wear this for work with a blazer or dress it up with jewellery and beautiful heels for a night out.

Ordered another 2 dresses from The Pretty Dress company. The hourglass dress in roses and white looked wonderful. The other dress was spectacular but because it was an off shoulder style thus didn’t really suit me so sadly had to return this one.

Excellent experience
Excellent customer service, thanks Louise! The dress arrived in time and is absolutely divine. High quality, vibrant colour, no messy hems. The dress is also true to size.
The only problem was the high import rate for Belgium, it adds €100 to the cost. But even with an extra €100, it really is the perfect dress.

Dear Margot,
Thank you so much for your fantastic 5* review! We're thrilled to hear you had an excellent experience and that the dress arrived on time and lived up to expectations.
We’re sorry to hear about the high import costs for Belgium and completely understand how frustrating that can be. While those charges are unfortunately out of our hands, we're always looking for ways to make the shopping experience smoother for our international customers.
We’re so happy you love your dress, and we hope it makes you feel as amazing as you look in it!

Everything about this company is…
Everything about this company is positive. The website size guide and description were accurate. The ordering process is good with excellent communications and Royal Mail tracking. From order to arrival was two working days. The dress is lovely quality fabric, lined and beautifully tailored, and made in England. The packaging was great. I will be buying from The Pretty Dress Company again.
