Pre-ordered an album online in April 2024 after using the physical store multiple times with no issues. One year later I have no album and no refund. Every time I tried to visit the store it was closed even though opening hours said it should be open, until eventually it shut down permanently. Contacted via Instagram and email and received excuses every time and reassured that it would be sent out to me soon. Received an email 3 weeks ago essentially saying that they were cancelling all orders and asking for PayPal info for a refund which I gave, however have heard nothing since despite following up via email. The website and social media no longer exist. This business is incompetent and inconsistent. They cannot deliver the service they advertise, and I wish I'd never given them any of my money.
Made a big order, which took forever to get and get updates on, and then when it came, I didn't receive a product. It was during the time they said they had problems or something so I was understanding. Sent them an email and they assured me they will send me it. That was in September and they aren't answering emails or Instagram dms anymore.
Still yet to receive a refund or my photocards which I ordered in June. I’ve been super understanding of their ‘situation’, however they’ve stopped replying to my Instagram DM’s and emails. Super fed up, and very unprofessional. Starting to seem like a big scam of a company :/
I pre-ordered the stray kids ATE albums in July.
Despite messaging on Instagram and emailing I received no proper update about my order apart from one blanket holding email saying there were issues with management. They advise on their stories they are working late to answer all messages by the end of the day but clearly this is not true as I never received any replies from them.
In the end I requested a refund in October which they did deal with quickly in all fairness but just proved they didnt have the albums.
If there had been more communication specifically about my order I may have been inclined to wait even longer, I appreciate businesses can run into problems but there was absolutely zero feedback on what was happening with the stray kids albums all the while saying on their social media they were dealing with orders and sending them out "shortly". Their shop in The Galleries also appears to have closed for good as completely empty now.
A real shame because I had a good experience with this shop previously for another pre-order.
my albums were shipped and arrived next day.. the box was a bit broke but I blame that on DHL not the company as everything inside was packaged safely

I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism at this place. I placed an order THREE MONTHS AGO for several albums that I was incredibly excited about, but have I received them? NO. I have sent multiple emails, messages, and tried reaching out in every possible way to get an update on my order. But it seems like PopStop Shop is far too busy to respond to their loyal customers! I’ve been met with complete silence.
I paid good money for these albums, and I deserve to know what’s going on with my order. This is beyond frustrating and borders on a scam. I’ve been more than patient, but three months with zero communication? Absolutely unacceptable. I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever receive my albums or even a response at this point.
PopStop workers or whatever, if you’re reading this, DO BETTER! Respond to your customers and don’t keep them waiting in the dark! I’ll be warning everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs until they start treating their customers with some respect.
Avoid! Ordered on the 10th of October, tried emailing them which was blocked, tried going to the store which was closed. They then avoided my question on Instagram. No refund and no items.
I moved from Yorkshire to Bristol university and came across the pop stop through the k pop society! They’re always super lovely in store and very helpful
Dmed them on instagram to ask about my order from 7 MONTHS AGO and they left it on seen, tried emailing them and the email was blocked. They deleted their twitter and I still haven't received any info for any of my orders.
I'm thinking of taking this up with trading standards they are the worst company to ever exist.
UPDATE: received no product but they refunded instead of sending my PRE-ORDER item out??
It has now been almost 5 months and still no album. All responses have stopped despite me receiving an email a month or more ago from supposed 'new management' with a photo of my order telling me they apologise and are going to send it... I responded saying I absolutely still wanted my order and to please post it... Nothing. No longer receiving any email replies at all. Disgraceful.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
My daughter has numerous outstanding orders, never received or refunded. Her bank are trying to reclaim the money, they've told her bank all goods sent which is a lie but sent us emails saying bank are stopping the refund. Case been sent to Trading Standards for scamming customers. Don't blame previous owners, you've admitted responsibility. I will be taking this to the small claims court & you'll have to cover the costs when I win. This has been ongoing since the beginning of 2024. I've had enough.
Took my daughters money for a pre-order album, album has NEVER arrived, no money back, no answer to emails.
They marketed this pre-order as coming with extra benefits, so now my daughter is terrified of asking for a refund or asking for her product incase she loses these "extra" benefits.
Avoid at all costs. Daylight robbers. Email now not in use and the "temporary" one doesn't get a response either. Really sad that they can treat young fans this way.
Update: 27.10.24, still no album or refund, or answers to email. Awful.
First time ordering back on July 3rd I beileve still hasn’t been shipped I get they lost access to their email and now have a new one so I emailed them on there still no reply I don’t even want the album anymore I just want a refund!!
Preordered albums back in June, they were released in July, still haven’t received them. I have tried emailing, messaging them on instagram and on the shop app, nothing. I am getting rather frustrated hence why I have now resorted to this.
At this point, just refund me.
It was my first time ordering with them as well, never again.
Update: never received them, got a refund for one, still haven’t been refunded for the other even after asking them.
I ordered an item on 12th July due to be released 19th. I contacted them 8 days after the 19th as not received. They said they had now received the item themselves and it would be with me soon. I still have not received the item and it is now 22nd August. E-mailed them again twice and not received a response. Given them to 25th to deliver or give me a refund. Don’t hold out much hope for the return of the money or delivery of goods. Will not trust this company and neither should anyone else.
I pre ordered an album back in March, it was released in April, but I didn’t receive it until July! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody to be honest. I had to contact them numerous times, I either got fobbed off or no response at all! My advice is SHOP ELSEWHERE!
Ordered from the DECEMBER 31ST. have yet to receive My order... I understand delays from Korea etc but they're taking the joke, they've repeatedly told me about "delays" and all that, and when they "made it to them" they "took them home by accident but will ship them" and never !! This was back at the start of June, and it's now almost August, bearing in mind I ordered these in July.
