A great product at a reasonable price. Initial hold up on delivery due to staff shortage, but I was kept fully informed, which was really appreciated. Would highly recommend.

8 May I notified The Plastic Man (TPM) one of the anti glare Perspex sheets had a knife scratch on it which was acknowledged on 11 May and told a replacement will be sent out. A further 8 days later (19 May) I received notification a replacement had been dispatched.

25 May I informed TPM that the item hadn’t been received and the item appeared to be stuck at FedEx Atherstone distribution centre. 26 and 27 May I received phone calls providing an update and on 27th told a replacement would be sent out and asked to not accept a second FedEx package if it ever arrived, on the basis it would be sent back to TPM. 8 days later (4 June) I receive notification a second replacement sheet has been dispatched.

On 5 June I received the replacement Perspex sheet. While I accept part of the delay is down to FedEx loosing the first replacement sheet, it doesn’t explain why it took TPM 8 days after they acknowledged my first email to send a replacement and a further 8 days after they said they would send a second replacement to dispatch it. In total it has been 28 days since I first informed TPM the first sheet they sent me was defective.

All this hassle for a £4.50 Sheet of Perspex, and ironically they want me to refuse delivery of the second sheet if it ever turns up!

I have ordered twice now and both times have got exactly what I needed, great service easy to navigate and a relatively good price.

Great product, great experience ordering from the plastic man, delivered when said and the perspex has brightened up my dining table. Im sure il be ordering again when my wife decided to change colours.

Great product and reasonably priced

The product was fine. It did take a little longer to arrive than I’d hoped but the courier (FedEx) was a nightmare. I would never use them again. Not only were they later than they said they would be they delivered it to a completely different address - despite the occupant telling the driver he was at the wrong house. They also did not send photographic proof and when the recipient of the parcel tracked me down ;fortunately I live in a village) it was much later than I needed it for.

Not The PlasticMan’s fault but I would recommend a different courier. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

I ordered a piece of Perspex to cover my newly painted dressing table. It fits perfectly! And does exactly the job I wanted it to! Thank you!
