If I could give 0 stars I would. Before purchasing I went through all requirements and my phone met all the requirements for the PhotoStick to work with my phone. I ordered the item and had no doubt it would work with my phone since it met all requirements listed on their website so I didn’t try it out right away. I finally got time to use this a few months later. I went through with their tech all the steps to get it to work. The last thing I did with them is sent a screenshot of what came up when the PhotoStick was inserted. I was then told that the PhotoStick was incompatible with my phone. Now it was past the 30 day return window. I contacted customer service thinking that since their website was incorrect and it indeed did not work with my phone even though it met ALL requirements that they’d refund me. Nope! All they did was kept repeating over and over that their return policy is clearly posted on their website. They weren’t understanding that their requirements were too but that they have incorrect information on their website. Seems pretty shady to me and they do not stand behind their products and their misinformation. Do not buy this product!

If you would have actually read through the review I wrote you would see that I already have worked with your tech and went through all the extra steps that they provided and it still did not work and was told my phone was INCOMPATIBLE by your tech.
Again, thank you for telling me for the 100th time that is is out of the 30 day refund window.

Data transfer is painfully slow
The application isn't bad, they've obviously spent time on it and it does what it says it does, but my issue with it is that the data transfer is painfully slow if you have a lot of photos on your device, which I'm guessing is when most people buy a device like this, and then once the backup is complete, it takes an eternity for the files to appear and then if you leave that section when you return it takes another eternity for the images to load again. The removal of duplicates is a nice feature and it's certainly user friendly, but I bought the 128GB version, and as they are so slow I just haven't bothered using them, they remain in their packaging in a drawer, €200 down the drain, plus whatever Customs I paid on top. To free up space on my phone I ended up buying an external hard drive with fast transfer and put them all on there....great idea, poorly executed in terms of transfer speed. The worst thing is that I bought 4 of them!

It is very confusing to use and doesn't work
It is very confusing to use and I am adept at using technology. I run in circles, it doesn't actually load, it says there is no room for a lousy 300 images, and I know there is nothing on it because last time I used it I wiped it afterwards. Very very frustrating, do not recommend.

Waste of time, money and energy - just back it up to your computer
The Photostick connects to the charging port of my iPhone. The backup took 5 hours and ran my phone battery dry twice in that time. While you can pause the backup to remove the Photostick and recharge the iPhone, on several occasions the program wouldn't recognize the Photostick on reinsertion and I had to start from scratch. And if you don't pause it before removing and the iPhone battery runs out, you have to start from scratch. So you can't just start a backup and walk away - you have to stay and monitor the phone battery charge. SO much easier to back it up to my Mac! And I have a backup for my Mac so who needs this? Expensive, clumsy

Not compatable unless you have a new phone
Just a PSA for anyone outside of USA, just know you'll pay a fortune in border fees on top of the steep product price, so tack that into your budget when purchasing.
I haven't been able to use the stick because I have a google pixel 7 and it wasn't until I received my package a month later that the directions informed me that that the stick is only compataple with google phones 8 and newer. Wish I would have known that before. As I am not someone who buys a new phone every two years, this is very frustraiting. Dissapointed.

I ordered two photo stix and two cases
I ordered two photo stix and two cases. I received the stix but not the case, they went to an old address.
The company (to their credit, to be fair) reportedly sent me again...two cases, and when I emailed to ask what was going on... they included the tracking information that indicated they would be delivered today....but they went to an incorrect address. I have no idea where they were delivered...
There is NO WAY to speak with a human... rather, they will wear you down with email upon email... UGH
I, will give them a few days, then will dispute.
Ok, they got back to me finally and said they would send out another mailing. Guess what, that 2nd shipment went to an incorrect address.
Idiots… got it wrong twice!!!!

I've just bought my second PhotoStick…
I've just bought my second PhotoStick based, obviously on my experience of the first bought a few years ago. Unfortunately, I made a mistake in placing the order and 2 were ordered. I wrote immediately and the team rectified things immediately with several reassuring email messages as it was going on. I am assured I will be refunded the second, unwanted Stick in a couple of weeks.

Rausgeschmissenes Geld!!
Habe mir einen 256GB Stick gekauft. Mit Steuer rd. 180€. Das ist nicht nur Wucher, sondern für mich auch Betrug, da absolut nichts funktioniert. Habe mir sogar einen Experten hinzugezogen, aber auch der konnte mir nicht helfen. Möchte den Stick auf jeden Fall innerhalb der Frist zurücksenden! Frage ist nur: wohin!
Es gibt weder eine Rechnung, noch eine Rücksendeadresse.

Customer support is outstanding.
I ordered three units and a cover for Christmas gifts. Shipping was timely, however my order was incomplete as only one unit and cover arrived. I contacted support and immediately received a request to send pic of what I received.
Against the envelope background with label information readable I uploaded pic. Within 24 hours, Rachel emailed me that my order is being completed for shipment. Customer service skills are excellent!

Issue not loading my photos.
I had an issue not loading my photos on the PhotoStick Omni. My IOS update couldn’t read it. I contacted customer service and tried the work around sent to me. It didn’t work either.
The company sent me new PhotoSticks and they worked perfectly. Great customer service

Just awful
Just awful! Not straightforward to use, complicated and slow to download.
No real guidance on how to use. Comes up with something different every time I
plug it in.
After 2 days of trying to work
it out it’s going back. Also cheap plastic, doesn’t fill you with confidence it will keep things safe.

Fragwürdiges Produkt das nichtmal funktioniert
Meine Tante hat diesen Stick aufgrund irgendeiner Werbung gekauft. Der Sinn des Produkts erschliesst sich mir grundsätzlich nicht. Man bezahlt einen völlig überhöhten Preis für einen simplen USB-Stick mit einer simplen Software. Realistischerweise würde so etwas 10 bis 20% dessen kosten, was hier verlangt wird.
Noch schlimmer ist aber, dass das Ganze nicht einmal funktioniert.
Bereits nach dem ersten kopierten Bild stürzt die Software ab.
Wenn man schon ahnungslosen Leuten zu Fantasiepreisen einen Billig-Stick mit dem Versprechen andreht, dass damit ganz einfach alle Bilder gesichert werden können, dann sollte dieses Versprechen wenigstens eingelöst werden, um den absurden Preis halbwegs zu rechtfertigen.
Aber leider ist nichteinmal dies der Fall. Das Produkt ist wert- und nutzlos.

Highly Recommend
Very easy to use! I backed up over 13,000 photos using ThePhotoStick and I still have plenty of room for more. I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a backup solution to keep their files safe.

Not sure why the photo stick omni has…
Not sure why the photo stick omni has to be used. Bought the smallest version and intended to use another usb stick to download photos … however it doesn’t recognise any other usb . Also after plugging the original photo stick omni usb into the pc all I get is a spinning wheel.
