The Perfume Shop - Worthing SD 527 Arvostelua

I purchased several orders from perfume store online. I went to collect my orders on the 19th of October 2026 and today 21st as some of my personalised orders were not ready. I want to say thank you to the lady who served me on both days. Welcoming, kind and good customer service. I was dealt with quickly and sufficiently. Thanks for the the complementary gifts! 🫶👌 most pleased and I will now have to come back and buy the larger Issey Miyake because it smells great I have never smelt this one before and oh my its good! Thanks a lot

Brilliant service from Worthing, I was really impressed. Sadly I didn't get the name of the assistant but I gave her a tissue sample of the eau de toilette my husband used to use and she immediately came up with an option. I told her that I'd looked into options from AI and she had the samples for me to test. None of them matched her first choice which was Boss Selection. Truly amazing service. She knew all the scents the eau de toilettes had.

Really helpful staff. Was able to get the perfume I wanted to buy as a gift. Staff ordered the item and it arrived a few days later for collection in store.

My son and I were shopping for the perfect fragrance for his Prom on Friday, Abigail served us in Worthing she was so patient and recommended a fair few for him to smell. Asked all the questions to find out what he likes and recommended Prada Paradigme and we found “The One”.
Knowledgable and friendly especially on the hottest day of the year…
Thanks from a very grateful Mother…

Arrived quicker than expected and in good condition.😊

Brooke and Elliot were super, real proper customer service. They knew all the products really well and were very patient. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My experience was fantastic today as the young gentleman assistant, was in no rush to quicken us with our purchases. Nothing was too much and he got the sale. He was pleasent, knowledgeable and a credit to the team. Keep up the great work Elliott Cobden, you have a bright future ahead of you. The colleagues with Elliott also deserve recognition, it was a pleasent experience and an example of great customer service.

Blonde young girl behind the counter did not help. cleaning shelves watching tv from her mobile.

Got a new perfume for myself and a gift for a friend. Abigail was really helpful with showing different fragrances and suggesting what to get. She even managed to convince my friends to buy a new perfume for themselves. Amazing service, will definitely buy more.
