Shiobhan has been so helpful today helping us pick our scents out for our wedding thank you so much was a pleasure to have been served by you and shiobhan went the extra mile to keep our children occupied with spraying scents for them aswell. A credit to the perfume shop.

Came in to look for our wedding scents and Siobhan was absolutely fantastic!!
Took her time with us and picked out several for us. Let our little ones have a smell too to get them involved.
She was absolutely lovely, fantastic experience with her.

I went to the shop clueless and then there was Lisa she was amazing! Showed me few of the best perfumes for my sisters and she had the knowledge and expertise to pick the best ones and my sisters are really happy with the gifts! She deserves a pay rise!

Today i went in to the perfume shop and a lady called Lisa helped me choose the best gift for my daughters carer. Absolutely amazing lady highly recommend going and seeing her.

I was served by Sarah today she was very helpful & got what I needed straight away

Nicki helped me buy a gift for my fiance she was so kind and patient with me and i was so impulsive to not know what i wanted. She was running the whole store very well balancing all the customers with great polite behaviour and not being abrupt or overwhelmed a credit to the company !!

I visited the wolverhampton store today and was greeted by a lovely lady called Clare. She asked what I was looking for and price range. She immediately got to work and matched the exact energy I needed. The thought she put into the gift, the sentimental idea of the personalised banner and the way she gave me options and wrapped my mothers gift with care was a service that I cannot compliment enough. She also helped me to sign up to a points card in no time. Absolutely lovely lady and my experience will be making all the difference to the sentimental gift provided for my mom. Thank you Clare

I had a great service today from Lisa at the Wolverhampton store.

Lisa has made my experience at The perfume store so pleasant. Beautiful sales, I left the store with a new scent for my holidays and I’m so excited to try out the new Gucci fragrance. Will be buying from here again

Lisa was amazing! So friendly and helpful — she really knew her stuff and helped me find the perfect fragrance. Great service all round!

Went into the store with my daughter, we were greeted by Nicki - what a lovely lady. She was patient and helpful and so professional throughout. She is the epitome of what customer service should be. Can’t thank her enough - thank you so much Nicki.

Always great service here, Lisa was brilliant - I came in with a perfume in mind and ended up getting a completely different one as she recommended one that was so much nicer! Will definitely be back for more recommendations
