Excellent service by Tunbridge wells staff today could not fault them and the service was great and the perfumes even better the Jean Paul gautier perfume latest range perfect. The individual ribbon service to put on the perfumes made it even better. Excellent service from start to finish .

I was greeted /served by a lovely lady called Hayley who was absolutely fantastic. Very informative about helping me choose the perfect fragrances for family members. Cannot fault at all. Will definitely be coming back. Will need Hayley's help again for more purchasing!

All the staff are very friendly , chatty , helpful ‘ knowledgeable and passionate about fragrance. Pleasure to talk to. Kasia and Rosie are lovely

All the staff are pleasant and helpful especially Rosie who always has a lovely smile. She was happy to show me a selection of perfumes. I will be visiting the shop again soon.

Kasha was so lovely and welcoming, her knowledge of the background behind the perfumes and how they were originally intended to use by the designer was amazing!! Could not recommend more!

Andrea was welcoming and helpful, we felt heard and made to feel comfortable. She was very honest, she wasn't pushy and wasn't just trying to make a sale, it felt like she genuinely wanted to help us find a new scent.
Next time we need some more aftershave and perfume we definitely will go back to this store.
