The Perfume Shop - Trinity Centre Leeds 371 Arvostelua

The fantastic customer service. I was served by Jody who was very friendly, helpful and had great product knowledge. I found the perfect gift for my daughters birthday. They offered a gift wrapping service and I got a personalised message on a ribbon. I will definitely shop there again. A big thanks to Jody please give her a pay rise. She deserves one.

Brilliant offer on a Jean Paul Gaultier perfume I’d never tried - La Belle Paradise Garden. Basically around half the price it should be. I went in store at Trinity Leeds, to smell it, it’s a lovely fresh perfume. The guy who assisted me was very helpful and arranged for the perfume to be delivered to my house. It literally arrived a few days later. He also introduced me to the new Divine Couture perfume which I’ve fallen in love with. That is now on my list as a Mothers Day present!

Jodie was really good with choosing us the right perfume for my friend would definitely recommend, will come back

Jordi I hope I’m spelling her name right
She was amazing I love how easy she was going on me I did took quite awhile to decide what I’m gonna get but she helped me so much
Amazing customer service lovely people ❤️

I ordered an item online and received an email confirming it was ready for collection. When I arrived in store, I informed the sales advisor, who then went away to locate my order. I was left waiting for over 30 minutes with very little communication or updates. Eventually, I was told that my package could not be found. When I explained that I did not want a refund, there was still no explanation for what had happened, no apology for the inconvenience, and no information provided about what the next steps would be. I was simply issued a refund anyway. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to poor communication and lack of customer care.

I have been buying from your shops for a long time and i am always happy with everything i purchase from you if its online or in shop itself

Will was so very helpful and charming when we visited the perfume shop in leeds trinity today. what a treat to be helped by such a classy young man

I had such a great experience at the perfume shop thanks to Jodie and Maleehah! I told them a bit about my mum and dad their ages and the kinds of scents they like and they helped me pick out the perfect perfumes for both of them. They gave really helpful advice on the best options for value and quality, and even wrapped the gifts beautifully. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

Easy online purchases, easy tracking for delivery and on time delivery

The staff. In the trinity store in Leeds. Jodie and Ellie were extremely helpful. Very patient whilst helping me with my purchase of travel perfumes for my daughter. Knowledgeable and polite and welcoming.

Not good for me

Ellie was absolutely lovely – super friendly, helpful, and knew her stuff without being pushy. She helped me find a scent I wouldn’t have picked on my own, and I’m obsessed with it now. Really made my visit so much better. Thanks, Ellie!

I am a regular customer at the perfume shop and I have always received such wonderful customer service. The knowledge of perfume and gift wrapping skills is what brings me back each time, I receive especially great service at the trinity store. I was shopping for a scent for my husband last week and was served by the amazing Maleehah, she really looked after me and tailored to my specific requirements resulting in me gifting him the perfect scent.

I would just like to say that Tom at the Trinity Leeds store has the most amazing customer service and went above and beyond to help me today when I came in looking for a perfume I didn’t realise was a limited edition and was no longer going to be stocked. He helped me find a new perfume that I absolutely love and Tom had a great attitude and lovely personality. Your a credit to your store Tom, hope to see you again soon!
