The Perfume Shop - Taunton 279 Arvostelua

Just received exceptional customer service, once again, by Kerry (the store manager & (assistant) Allison.

Allison was a great help today, giving me her own personal advice and expertise, whilst helping choose few new fragrances perfect for the summer.

I’m always greeted with smiles at the door. polite, well mannered are just a few to mention. Regardless of who’s working, they are always go above and beyond to meet customer satisfaction. this is standard day in day out, they definitely practice what the preach.

I’m a familiar face in the Taunton branch. I stop by from time to time just to try new samples and not purchase anything, I still receive the same customer service.

Thank you very much for the help today Allison ,and congratulations to the recent promotion Kerry.

I've been visiting taunton store for 7 years all the staff are really helpful always going the extra mile I always go to Kerry as she is always bubbly and ready to help and i always get a sample which is am extra touch and gives you the incentive to buy something new always a pleasure

Im a regular customer since 2019, But started online shopping this month only. My shop is in Taunton, one of the staff there is excellent 👌

Walked in, knew what I was getting, chose it and then Lel twisted my arm! She introduced me to a much nicer, stronger scent (Stronger With You Intensely) and it was beautiful - so I bought it. Lel is a fabulous sales person who didn't need to apply any pressure as her experience, knowledge and kindness was simply enough.
Thank you so much, Lel for your help! I'm sure my partner will love his new and improved fragrance.

The staff here today were very helpful.

I went in not having a clue on what I wanted as I was getting a present for my brother and Kerry in Taunton helped me out tons, it was almost like seeing your bestfriend in her place of work 😊 She was bubbly and sweet and gave me a few scents to try without judging my lack of knowledge 😅

Went in and was served by the fantastic Lel. Took her time and encouraged me to try lots of different smells. Ended buying the Valentino Coral fantasy which was all down to her customer service.

I popped into the perfume shop today to ask for some advice and choose a perfume for my wedding day this summer.
Lel was extremely helpful and went through several options listening carefully to my preferences until we found the perfect perfume set.
Nothing was too much trouble.

Issey and Alison were amazing this morning, my favourite perfume has been discontinued and I really needed advice on changing brand and testing new ones, they was so knowledgeable and helpful thank you ladies in Taunton

The staff were wonderful!
Item dispatched promptly too.

Great customer service by Lel in Taunton shop. She has so much knowledge with different perfumes,i was impressed. Definitely will recommend people to buy in that shop.

I would like to thank Kerry and Lel😍 for a beautiful experience at their shop in Taunton. Staff were very friendly and accomodative. The atmosphere was warm and they helped us find the best scent for our parents. Beautiful experience indeed🥰

Kerry & Lel what above and beyond to help me choose a new perfume . Nothing was too much trouble for them . Excellent customer service which is very hard to find these days.

I recently visited taunton perfume shop and was blown away by the exceptional customer service. The staff kerry really friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect perfume. Overall im very impressed with taunton perfume shop and would highly recommend

lel was brilliant and there was a lot that i tested and i didnt feel rushed she was very helpful

TPS was brilliant. Postal service was rubbish

Lel is the most helpful and knowledgeable staff member we've had the pleasure in dealing with at this store.
She spent alot of time with my partner and I picking some fragrances that I absolutely loved.
She was able to work out the right perfumes, recommend ones that I'd like and help with making the right decision. I'd have no problem recommending this store, and more so, asking for Lel when you need some expert advice

When my husband and I walked in to the store we were greeted by a friendly member of staff, who gave me her undivided attention. She was very knowledgeable and listened to what I told her my preferences were.
She encouraged me to try new perfumes, but was not pushy. I came home with a perfume I would not have considered and I am very happy. Lel, my personal shopper! Thank you! X You are VERY good at your job.

Shop staff were brilliant finding the perfume that I have been after. Gave me a great deal and free delivery. So pleased as I have been looking for it for a long time and I wasn't sure that the online stuff was genuine.
