We also stock the luxury perfume brands Dior, Tom Ford, Viktor & Rolf, Hermès and Maison Margiela. Not only do we have the experience of selling perfumes, we also have the expertise to match. Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. I went to Surrey Quays branch gor a refund. I didn't get one. They wanted me to wait longer. Got an apology & 3 small Dior samples.
I purchased another bottle of same perfume.

Mai (Surrey Quays Shopping Center Branch) has been incredible, this is probably the 5th time she listens and find the right flagrance for me! Mai thinks on her feet, knows the ingredients, knows the products, explores wuth joy and is so happy to keep going till you find the dream flagrance. We went through 15 perfumes and left with two. Great experience
Great experience. I had a love2shop e-gift card and was having a hard time using it. I came into the Surrey Quays centre and to the Perfume Shop and Mai helped me to order a physical gift card. I came back today to use it on my favourite YSL Opium. Her patience and excellent customer service is to be commended. Thank you Mai and Pauline for your patience and professionilism.
