The Perfume Shop - Solihull 293 Arvostelua

Lucinda served me today and she could not have been more helpful . Showed me lots of different options. Was very patient and accommodating to me . Sabrina gift wrapped it for me and again was lovely, friendly and helpful. She wrapped it absolutely beautiful with personalised ribbon . Won’t hesitate going back to this shop .

Noora and Taibah were great. I enjoyed my time at the store and they picked the perfect gift for me.

Had a fantastic experience in store with Tiabah. She was super professional and friendly, and helped me choose the perfect gift for my husband. Would highly recommend this store!

I went into the store today and I was greeted by such a lovely angle kind lady called Carla. I was I two minds about purchasing anything, but she was so helpful and willing to go the extra mile that I ended up buying a gift set. She was giving advice about smells and met my budget. Lovely lady to speak to and be served by. Thank you Carla, after a long day at work, it definitely was so lovely to be served by you.

Amazing service, Ryan acknowledged me as soon as i came in, with a wonderful attitude, I will definitely be shopping here again

Always fantastic staff

Ordered online (via top cashback) to be delivered to store but never got a confirmation it was ready to collect, on the off chance I popped in and it was ready and waiting for me. Staff were friendly and helpful but probably won't use online ordering again.

Fantastic amazing

Friendly and kind staff, easy shopping experience

Lots of variety to choose from, lots of affordable products, I found it easy to order and pay, I also was happy with the fast delivery, thank you very much. Do not purchase from any where else, these guys only stock genuine products.

Great service

Excellent prices and non pushy friendly staff.

The staff were very helpful without being pushy. Very pleasant and knowledgable about each perfume I asked about. I ended up buying more than intended because i felt so comfortable in the shop.

I visited the Solihull Touchwood branch and was served by Lucinder who provided excellent customer service! I needed advice on choosing a scent for my younger brother and Lucinder was honest and provided a recommendation that I was really pleased with and went for! I was offered gift wrapping, the perfume has been wrapped very neatly and I love the personalised ribbon idea. Thank you so much Lucinder for your help and for chatting with me! (I hope I spelt your name correctly!) I was also given a membership card so I'll definitely be back!

Ella was fab! Great customer service. Ella was helpful and informative. Ryan the manager was equally great. Great staff at this store. Will visit again!
