I was recently went to the perfume shop silverburn to get a fragrance, but I was stuck with which one to buy. Nicola served me and was so welcoming, thorough and helped steer me in the direction of what I was looking for. I highly recommend this place for its hospitality alone!

The customer service with in the store was fantastic and I cannot thank Nicola enough, for the recommendations to replace the aftershave, I have just finished. It was a total pleasure to speak with Nicola and her colleagues today.

Five Stars – Jill is an absolute gem!
I am a huge fragrance collector and very particular about my scents, but Jill at the Silverburn store makes every single visit a total joy. She is super friendly, so much fun to chat with, and consistently goes out of her way to help me find the perfect new addition to my collection.
Her customer service is second to none to the point where I won't buy my fragrances anywhere else now.

Was served by Nicola today service was great listened to what I wanted and advised me what was suitable perfume on my skin . Nicole had a chat presented the perfume in a bag with tissue paper which I thought was a nice touch , made us feel welcomed in the shop left feeling very happy with my purchases and my daughter bought a bottle of perfume .
